An intuitive interface

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout feels modern and intuitive to use. Training is quite simple because of this.

The integration with Salesforce service cloud has made it easy to have a view of the enquiries within our CRM environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some limitations to what can be completed within Sprout, and so there is sometimes the need to revert to the native environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had to log into a system separate to our CRM to view social media enquiries, and reporting was difficult and cumbersome. The integration with Salesforce Service Cloud means that we can report from Salesforce and our team can work on social media enquiries from the system that they use for all other enquiries.

Really great for productivity and organisation of social content

What do you like best about the product?
The social calendar, monitoring other accounts, scheduling content, and creating workflows for team reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to Meta you can't create Facebook ads.
I understand it's a different platform, but can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to plan ahead as a team for social media content, create workflows for clinical approval or manager approval, and have a calendar that can be updated to see future content ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social for being more user-friendly compared to our previous platform. The interface is easy to use, which is a significant factor for me. The setup process was straightforward, causing no difficulties. I find the product very beneficial in keeping track of our social media posts and understanding engagement, which is crucial for improving our strategies. The dashboard is highly intuitive and helpful in navigating multiple aspects simultaneously, making management tasks more streamlined. My favorite aspect is the analytics feature that provides insights from the week, helping us to identify what's working well and what needs improvement. These features greatly enhance my workflow and decision-making process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout Social sometimes does not allow the viewing of Instagram posts through the platform without logging into an Instagram account. This limitation can be inconvenient, as it would be beneficial to have more seamless access to Instagram or more comprehensive integrations with social media platforms directly from Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social helps me track posts engagement and understand what our audience likes, simplifying content strategy. Its user-friendly dashboard allows me to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and weekly analytics help us assess what’s working or not.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have conversations internally on a chain as it keeps messaging in one place

It would be great if you could edit responses sent for review, rather than having to reject them and comment changes.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling + reporting! Very efficient and easy to use.

The inability to track data from years back, we only can have access to data from when we started moving forward.

How easy it is to navigate, it's also super helpful to have an into into sprout when you sign up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the scheduler to schedule post or mainly stories can play up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics - the platform lists all relevant metrics for weekly reporting.
Scheduling of posts, posts can be scheduled in advanced.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has nearly every feature you could want when it comes to a social media tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is quite costly when compared to other social tools. It might not be the right choice for small businesses or individual use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social enables me to easily schedule social posts, respond to comments, and analyze performance. I love that I am able to tag/cateogrize posts and report metrics based on tags. It makes my life so much easier when it comes to reporting analytics to different teams/functions across my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to use Sprout Social because I can schedule posts ahead of time, keep better track of campaigns, pull up reports easily, and even edit photos during the posting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having a hard time linking my paid ads to my Sprout account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to monitor the Smart Inbox, and easily see when another company or individual has mentioned my company.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functions are my favorite part of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing calendar is not as user-friendly as other options I have used previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social for the overall management of our social media program. We have a large number of social profiles and managing with a platform tool would be pretty much impossible.

Great analytics tools

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reporting tools are really great and they save so much time compared to gathering data manually. The ease of publishing posts is another great reason to use Sprout. The implementation process was really smooth and we were able to get onbaorded and start using Sprout immediately. I use sprout daily for social media check-in, calendar organization, and for the smart inbox feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset library could be improved to upload multiple videos at once. I find that it takes a long time to get video uploaded on there. The social listening tool is so robust that I almost don't know where to start. It is overwhelming and I think more guidance from our customer success rep would get us in the right spot to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves a lot of time when it comes to publishing and scheduling content. It also allows us to have visibility of what the other business units are scheduling on their social feeds. The reporting feature also saves time when it comes to reviewing metrics. Reporting is in depth and easy to use.
