Great Social Media Tool for Large Companies Managing Multiple Aacpunts
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's user-friendly platform. We were brought onto Sprout and we were easily able to transition into Sprout from our previous management tool. I also like that it is very reliable in terms of posting and executing its job. Other platforms have a lot of post failures, but Sprout is way more reliable.
Customer support and the account team also have been super helpful in easing our transition into Sprout. We have A LOT of accounts and it would've been hard without them.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing about Sprout is that it doesn't cater 100% creating one post for multiple accounts. Hootsuite (for example) allows one post to be made for users to easily customize copy and links for different social platforms. But, Sprout, while I can link one post to different platforms, I am not able to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been a great tool in Social Management. Our team runs over 50 accounts, and is actively posting on 12-20 accounts a week. With its reliability and ease of approval processes, it has benefited our teams workflow a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great tool that allows you to get all your tasks, comments, and messages all in one place. Instead of having to switch between tabs or platforms, you can do it all in one, which is amazing!
The customer support is fantastic, and they were willing to answer all our questions during our trial period. We also can reach out any time with any issues we find.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI limitations make it hard for us to see content in Sprout. Unfortunately this is due to the platforms having restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to task things to team members, instead of screenshotting and trying to find it via the platform.

It enables me to filter out the fluff from social media and find what is actually noteworthy to respond to.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and listening tools are incredibly powerful, plus I love the detailed competitor analysis and summary of competitor posts that are doing well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For software that is so powerful and versatile, it's sometimes surprising when a small detail or feature is missing, like the ability to schedule polls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is giving us excellent data analytics so the team can pivot to the content that gives us the best engagement. It's super easy to analyze and present to the leadership team.
Seamless Social Media Management with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the ease of use and the ability to identify top posting times in Sprout Social is extremely helpful. It ensures our content goes up on time and makes it easy for the entire team to get trained. Scheduling and uploading our social media content across different channels and brands is pretty seamless for us. The initial setup was very easy too. Overall, it's a tool I'm very likely to recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening and the reporting can be a little bit confusing at times, especially when we're trying to integrate and look at our top performing posts. It pulls a lot of the stories from Instagram instead of focusing majority on the post itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media marketing and scheduling across multiple platforms, making content uploading and scheduling seamless. It ensures our content is posted on time, and the team is easily trained.
Sprout social is a powerhouse multipurpose tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it saves me lot of time. Before I used to open facebook, insta, twitter one by one and reply. Now from sprout I can manage all in one place. The scheduling is also very simple, I just put post and it goes everywhere same time. Reports also give me clear idea which post is working and which is not. For small team like mine it is very useful and less headache!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big to dislike, only sometimes loading takes bit more time when many tabs open. And maybe price is little high for small business but still I feel the value is good.

It save me time, I dont need to open fb insta twitter one by one... All msg come in one place so I reply fast. Also I can schedule post for week and no worry daily..

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout is it's very easy to integrate and is a user-friendly tool and it's not complicated to use. it's one the best tools for customer support and is very efficient for providing resolutions to customers on time. I have been using this tool daily and I can't tell you it is very smooth and it doesn't even lag, hence it increases the daily productivity and it also has multiple features as per your needs. It's so easy to implement.

Nothing to dislike i have been using it so far it is a smooth and easy tool.

It is beneficial to compile all client complaints from various social sites and merge them into a single tool so that we can help customers with a better resolution on time without hitting the SLA, and also other the best part about Spout is its multiple features and accommodates multiple social platforms and helps us to navigate easily to the customer complaint to proved the best solution which helps in the brands reputation.

The analytics feature is really good and goes well with Salesforce Marketing Intelligence.

Lack of comments overview and export for analytics.

Keeping track of all our local market accounts is made easy.
I'm not the one doing the actual posting but according to mt collegaues this is very simple to do.
The analytics is strong and easy to manage. Also by using the API feature to connect to Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to use, features are very convenient and useful, we can track our progress, and frequency of social media and the traffic is easily tracked, bifurcating the cases according to the tone helps us to understand better, we can check feeds, published posts, bots that reduces the strain. Reports can be checked time to time which makes the work more productive, ease of integration, a perfect tool for customer support.

Its a bit slow, not easy to navigate, and comes with pricing constraint and can not add more profiles to it

Simplifies the engagement, reports, reviews, publishing on social media. Time-saving, filters spam and has broad channel coverage, has a record of customers' history. Can work for multiple social media platforms has a feature of real-time tracking also has mobile access which makes it more friendly and easy to use.
Easy to use and analyze social
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes posting and viewing a content calendar very easy across teams. I especially love the ability to add notes to the publishing calendar so we can make note of important events coming up.
Tagging makes it easy to review analytics by post type, and Sprout has gotten our whole social team more organized and on the same page.
Lastly, we are about to launch our advocacy campaign for our employees to get more involved in social and it seems like Sprout makes it SO easy for employees!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to Sprout. It has all the capabilities of other tools, plus more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we were encountering was an inability for our social teams across our divisions to collaborate and share content. Sprout has made this so much easier!
