The best reporting for a non-profit's social media channels!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social provides a way to tag social posts and pull reports of a tag or a tag group. Before implementing Sprout Social, I spent 2-3 days/month pulling reports, and now it takes 5 minutes! I really like the notes feature which helps keep track of what I want to post on a day without needing to actually make the post. It also helps with keeping track of what content should be in a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprout Queue was an interesting idea, but in application it doesn't quite hit the mark. I'd end up with posts going out at the same time or the same post going out multiple times in a row. I've ended up using the notes feature much more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the obvious time-saving reporting capabilities, being able to add notes to a day makes my job so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate reports, & customize them tailored to everyone's needs. I also think the smart inbox is so necessary and a huge benefit to our team when trying to organize all of our community engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with the posting, there are things that still need to be done natively in the app, and it could be better if we are able to get more control from in sprout!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us with community management, organization of our inboxes, its helping us schedule out our content and be able to have a steady stream of media to all of our social channels.

Sprout is everything I hoped for in a social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the most comprehensive and best-designed social media management tools I have seen. It is a joy to use—I actually look forward to scheduling posts and responding to customers because the process is so much easier than it was before I had Sprout
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful to have more AI-driven tools within the software for tagging, building listening topics, and just generally aiding in the process of managing social media accounts. Also would love the ability to group posts with different posting times or slightly different content into a single bundle.

Listening tools are very expensive and hard to break through the noise to actionable insights if you are a small to mid sized brand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously managing social media accounts natively on each platform. This took a significant amount of time each day and made it easy to miss important events. Bringing it all under one roof has cut our management time in half—maybe even more. The ability to handle approvals, to have team conversations about how to respond to a comment, etc are also huge wins for us.

What I appreciate most about using Sprout Social is its well-organized nature and ease of navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Sprout has been very helpful. I haven't encountered any issues while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There’s no issue at all. I rely on Sprout to view the Engagement Rate of the content we post. It has become my go-to tool whenever I want to check our weekly performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how detailed the reporting is within the platform and the social listening feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no sentiment tracker currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me identify how to deal with not having a separate sentiment tacker currently. We're able to do this analysis using tags.

What do you like best about the product?
You can plan multiple posts at once and let it run, freeing up time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup does take some effort but the tutorials help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business has never had a dedicated social media manager. The Sprout Social software takes care of that function.

What do you like best about the product?
Their graphs are easy to read and provide valuable information. I appreciate the qualities that they provide through their platform and they have very friendly staff to help you when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not the easiest to sustain, but they are competetive with their plans and provide good reasoning for their price points. Great software requires great prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are bridging the gap between consumers and the companies that are attempting to reach out to them and get their brand in front of a wider audience. Sprout provides great tips for this.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for us is the ability to control Sprout via SSO. It's beneficial that we can separate users to their required level and view the full reporting details on our social posts. I especially like that we can dictate our post times based on recommended advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video duration limitation is a bit difficult as we can only upload 60 seconds maximum to Spout. Any above 1 minute has to be done direct on each platform, negating the point somewhat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core reason to look at Sprout was security. With this tool, we can manage users access via our SSO tool to make sure we're following best practices with security.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule out posts, ability to send posts through the approval process, the reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to tag people on LinkedIn posts - I often forget to go back to LinkedIn and adjust the tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of different levels of approval that are needed for the various accounts, so its great to be able to just put posts in there and send it to who it needs to go. Additionally, it helps to see all the content on a calendar and make sure you are not overshadowing any post particularly.
