Sprout Offers Great Tools For Improving Your Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the reporting. You can add competitors, and you can compare your performance in various areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to include additional metrics like amplification rate and share of voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to compare myself to the competition. Evaluating my peer's top posts and comparing engagement metrics.
I love using Sprout Social. It's user-friendly and helps me manage and organize my workload.

I really appreciate the customer support.

Only complaint is that my organization can't afford a more robust package. Maybe in the future!

Keeping our accounts active and on trend. This in turn energizes our followers and increases our reach and impact.

I love the fact that it's very organised; I can see when all my posts are scheduled, and I can get my posts approved by my manager very quickly.

A limited number of social media networks

They are really good in regards to how the social media sites are working together

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about sprout is it's easy to use, the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and even if you're not tech-savvy, you will be accustomed to it in just one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about sprout except that you can't delete a message that you have sent in the messages section. It would be great to have a feature to delete or edit your message. It will be a great help if this feature is integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us organize our customer's messages and comments; it segregates comments from announcements which is excellent for social media management. We can answer the questions or queries in an organized fashion.

Nothing at all! I think it's a great all round product.

Having to pull long reports for clients, this makes my time much more productive.
Best Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
SCHEDULING! I love the ability to draft posts, come back to them to edit and schedule at peak times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing was a hurdle for our small agency. I wish we were able to add more users or have access to more tools at the price we are at now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me a ton of time. Before Sprout, I was using my phone to post across our business channels. I'd need to log out of my personal accounts and post. Being able to duplicate and schedule in one place is a huge help to me!
My Experience with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
This program is very streamlined compared to the previous social media platform we used. Everything is easy to access and keep together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be very daunting to see the message list before you get accustomed to how the program looks and works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a much more reliable program than previous ones our company has used. We have been able to keep communication within the application, and it is easy to follow up on messages assigned to me or others.

Being able to schedule posts in advance and not have to keep track of a schedule.

We had some issues with the photos not posting - but it has been resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Sprout is the user experience on the platform. Navigating a user-friendly tool while also being more productive through the platform is a huge win. This allows social media management to be more effective and efficient when creating branded content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to dislike about Sprout is that sometimes there can be delays in data populating for certain channels.Their teams are always quick to address any issues an account can experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solved our problem of not having access to analytics past a 3-month window. We used a different platform for a while and had to analyze all of our data manually via native platforms. With Sprout, data collection and analysis of our performance is a lot easier.
