Easiest way to manage social media for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Calendar schedule view, tagging posts for reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a couple troubleshooting issues, mainly integrating with instagram

Having to manage multiple accounts at the same time, making it easy to publish the same content across platforms
Fantastic Analytics and Easy Scheduling, Needs Better LinkedIn Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytical features of Sprout Social, which help me dive deep into data, especially for LinkedIn and Facebook, making reporting easier. The scheduling tools are incredibly helpful, allowing me to post at optimal times without having to think about it. Sprout Social has made it easy for me to communicate with my coworkers about graphic changes or upcoming events, making collaboration efficient. The tagging feature is excellent for analytics, allowing me to tag individual posts either before or after they go live. Lastly, I appreciate the support from Sprout Social in learning and diving deep into analytics and tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?

I have to rely on LinkedIn's native platform for this data, which is inconvenient since they provide it for Facebook but not LinkedIn.","I haven't received any feedback from Sprout Social on my suggestion to add a competitor report for LinkedIn, which affects the thoroughness of my competitive analysis.","I wish Sprout Social allowed tagging accounts in photos, not just in captions. This feature would be beneficial for tagging manufacturer partners or sponsors, which I'm unable to do currently."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for smooth social media management across platforms, benefiting from enhanced analytics and scheduling. It solves posting delays and enables team collaboration on graphics, optimizing communication and marketing efforts.
I have had a fairly efficient experience, minimal issues in regards to connecting accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is my favorite feature on sprout and provides so many benefits for client facing companys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The re-authorization of platfroms, or disconnecting platforms is probably the most frustrating part of sprout.

Reporting analytics all thruogh sprout as well as scheduling on various platforms for multiple clients through sprout.

What i like most about it is that it's customer service is quick to respond and resolve issues quickly.
Also i like how powerful it is to help our business and organization manage social media accounts more effectively.

To create or edit your own reports you have to upgrade to the analytics package.

Customer support is great, but I wish the orientation was a bit more user friendly- some details involve digging to find answers.

Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a game changer for scheduling and publishing content. It is very intuitive to use. This has been the primary content publishing platform I have used in my past 2 roles with different companies, and both made my job as a social media specialist/content creator incredibly easy. I am using the platform every day whether it is developing content, approving posts, collaborating with creative agencies, or creating new analytics reports. I can't recommend this platform enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are fully available - for example publishing to Meta stories. Those still need to be published via Mobile Publishing in order to add features such as Instagram Stickers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatingn a cohesive content calendar that can be shared and understood by various entities contributing to various channels.
Great Tool for Organized Social
What do you like best about the product?
Been a great tool in getting all my social accounts and plans in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep at first!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of social campaigns and cross-posting. Analytics are easily readable as well.
