Great platform for managing social media posting
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very intuitive and easy to use. My main use case is for suggesting and scheduling social posts. I especially appreciate the ability to upload video, with a separate SRT file for the captions, and even a personalized thumbnail for LinkedIn. I like that it allows us to see at a glance what other team members are also posting so we can coordinate scheduling acordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn tagging feature is not reliable. I can only tag certain profiles or pages, not others, so my workaround has been to go back and edit a post later on LinkedIn directly, tagging the required people there. That's really less than ideal.
Bit of a wishlist item: I wish I could drag and drop posts to different dates in the calendar view, rather than needing to click on a post, open it, and edit the date there. We often have to reshuffle the schedule for different reasons and this would make the process so much simpler.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and our global team members coordinate a social media schedule that makes sense, and the ability to target by, region, language, etc. makes it all the more powerful.
Easy to use, helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It has training built into it when you log in. You can access everything in one place and it has made my workflow better

You can't see the competition on every platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have reports automatically sent to my email without having to log in. Previously I would have to go to each platform and search for the information. This sends it to me directly, saving time for me to put together reports.
Sprout is very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features that are available beyond what one would think of for their social media. If there are any roadblocks, the sprout support team is responsive in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training from the reps are hard to understand. They don't go into too much detail on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The content calendar and easy report sharing to other on my team.

What do you like best about the product?
There's much to like to Sprout: in-depth analytics, responsive customer service, and integrated platforms. I work at a university, and it has streamlined our workflow around social media management. With so many different accounts under our belt, having them all managed in one place allows us to collaborate better. It is especially useful when implemented in content planning and scheduling; you can plan and schedule posts across many platforms, helping us achieve a consistent content calendar. I use it almost twice a week, and it allows our team to contribute to the university's social media without having to email our social media team and track that everything has been approved and posted. It has been easy to integrate into our everyday taskms, a welcome replacement to excel sheets and emails.
I also love that the scheduling has an optimal posting times feature, which helps identify times that maximize reach. The detailed analytics and reporting tools give insight into engagement and demographics, which accordingly helps us plan for future content.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not a intuitive or as visually appealing as I'd hope. Navigating the platform can be a struggle, because sometimes it's a lot of clicking to get where you want to go. I also I wish there was a field in the publishing page where someone can make miscellaneous notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we had posts we wanted to push out, but we didn't have access to the native account. In order to get out parst published, we have to email our social media team and then they had to review it, then post it from the main account, and then we used Excel to track progress. It was all a nightmare to deal with. Now, with Sport, we can post without waiting so long for people to approve, and it also makes tracking the posts so much easier. It has streamlined our worklow and made us more efficient and collaborative.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect I found was the robust publishing platform. You can save the a post as a draft or just make a note. It is very easy to assign a team member to a post as well through Sprout conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to tag a profile when you are creating a post. After you type a certain # of characters, the suggestion lists goes away and you are not able to find the person you are trying to tag.

Sprout allows me to manage all of our organizations social channels in one spot.
Great, but some issues
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily access my inboxes for all of my accounts, monitor what's happening on other accounts, and make reports. It's very user-friendly for our people who aren't the most tech-savvy. Their customer support is always quick to respond and help with any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reporting numbers that are weird. In different places, it has different numbers, and it pulls link clicks wrong for a few platforms, making me do the engagement manually. There is a way to edit reports, but I wish I could edit the engagement rate even more.

Enjoyment collaborating with first-tier social platform vendor
What do you like best about the product?
It's a first tier social platform that assists our business with social media management and employee advocacy. The dashboard is easy to use, intuitive and provides all of the macro requirements our marketing team needs to fulfil their business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The proposed cost was a huge consideration but thankfully we were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable deal that worked for all parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows our team to manage all of our brand's channels in the one platform and ensuring time and operational efficiencies for all involved. It also allows us to maintain a high standard of customer experience in line with other representations of our brand.
Great tool but could be even better!

Easy scheduling and overview of the post's engagement across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't schedule posts that are over 140 characters in X. Also formatting options not available (bold, italics), multiple images. Basically X blue subscription is no supported.

Overview of posts in the past and scehduled in the future. Ability to adjust/edit posts and work collaboratively with our marketing agency.
New to Sprout, getting the hang of it, but a lot of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Allows a lot of information to be readily and easily accessible, with a lot of features that can be used to not only address concerns but also plan posts, and makes reaching out easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who is new to the program it does take some getting used to. Some things will need practice, and using their online training courses are very helpful on how to work with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in recognizing when people who interact with us are happy or unhappy, and why that is, making it easier for us to address concerns.
Sprout Socia scheduling and tracking are a BREEZE
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use calendar platform for to upload and outline my content for the month. I like the ability to integrate Google reviews as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not especially thrilled with the way some of our social accounts need mobile reminders to upload the post.

Sprout Social is solving our problems with ensuring content is scheduled.
