Robust Yet Easy-to-Use Platform for Scheduling and Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
It's a robust platform but easy to use for scheduling content but also social listening across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the analytics don't always pull in well but that's not as big of an issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily adapt posts and schedule across different platforms saves so much time.
Effortless Scheduling with Stellar Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar view and the ability to upload documents to posts. It's nice to see what I've got coming up, and it's easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. We also post a lot of PDFs/carousel-type content. I like that I can do everything directly from Sprout Social now, unlike Hootsuite where I couldn't upload those documents and had to use LinkedIn directly for that feature. The initial setup was easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage LinkedIn pages, streamline scheduling, and duplicate posts. I like the calendar view for easy navigation and the ability to upload documents directly for PDF/carousel posts, which other platforms lacked.
Effortless Social Media Management with Excellent Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is an all-in-one integrated platform for managing social media accounts. It lets me schedule and manage all my posts across different platforms, and that's really convenient because it minimizes the hassle of logging into each platform independently. I also really like the great metrics, I can observe how all my social accounts are doing over time, and those dashboards are really, really useful. The initial setup was very easy, with a fair amount of tutorials and pretty good instructions available online. I think the ability to see everything in one place is very convenient and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the integrations with different social media platforms seem to have problems. I run into occasions where certain posts aren't connecting with certain platforms, and there's just a disconnect between when something is organized and scheduled versus when it's posted. But that's a minority of situations. It's not a big complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage all my social media accounts, which minimizes the hassle of logging into each platform individually. Its scheduling and management features are convenient, and the dashboards with metrics help me observe my accounts' performance over time.
Efficient Social Scheduling, Needs More LinkedIn Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to post on X and occasionally LinkedIn, to view how our social media accounts are doing, including checking engagement rates and follower counts, and seeing which posts are performing the best. I find it nice that Sprout Social combines all the platform schedulers into one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social had the ability to tag people or organizations on LinkedIn. Because they don't do that currently, I have to schedule a lot of content natively in LinkedIn. It would be a lot easier for me to just do it in Sprout.

Sprout Social combines all the platform schedulers into one dashboard, which is nice.

In-Depth Performance Metrics, But Posting Across Platforms Needs Streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
I love how in depth the performance tab gets - I can really get into the metrics. It integrates with all of our social platforms perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time posting one social post across many different platforms without duplicating the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the management of all of our social posting and creating one platform instead of having to check each platform individually. It is a huge time saver.
Great for Analytics, But Needs Interface Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the comparison part of Sprout Social. It allows me to look at month-over-month performance and see very specific numbers on how different metrics did. This helps me do a content analysis for my team each month, evaluating how each social account performed and identifying what worked and what didn’t. It leaves me with clear goals to set for my team on how to improve a metric.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of how separated each metric is on the 'Post Performance' section in reports. I use this at least once a week, if not once a day, when I'm evaluating content and sometimes it is very hard to determine the overall success of a post. I wish there was a way for Sprout Social to evaluate the post as a whole and tell us which performed the best on all analytics. It's very time-consuming to find the posts when trying to look at a bunch of different analytics. Also, the initial setup was fine but not super easy; it takes a while to learn to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for post analytics and the Sprout link in bio. It helps with content analysis by providing detailed comparisons, showing specific numbers, and setting clear goals for metrics improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use and how all the tools you need for social media management are in one place.

I think sometimes it can be buggy and things aren't always in intuitive places

Customizing Posts Per Network Makes Scheduling Across Platforms Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The "Customize post per network" feature has made it so much easier to schedule posts across platforms all at one time vs uploading each one manually. Also, our Sprout reps are always helpful whenever I have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "issue" I have with Sprout is when I post manually on TikTok and it takes a day for that post to appear in the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made it easier for me to schedule content much easier and faster, by being able to customize a post per network.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for managing our social media calendar, crafting our content strategy, and interacting with followers across platforms. We like the streamlined scheduling and robust offerings for Instagram, which allow us to collab post and make sure our content is native to the platform. The ability to request collab posts and preview how our content looks on Instagram before expanding it to other social media channels enhances its value for us. Also, the initial setup was super easy and I got started in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more support for Instagram and easier moderation of comments across social platforms. It's a little bulky and cumbersome right now.
