Sprout Social is my go-to Social tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more accessible data in the reporting section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me bulk schedule posts across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service! Very thorough with guiding me in training for Sprout. Very easy to talk to and quick to respond. I am so thankful! Whereas other competitors make it less accessible for assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better improvement on accessibility for the Deaf customers such as training over zoom using an interpreter while guiding the website, can be difficult. Also many unnecessary features on Sprout, especially the listening feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me breakdown the analyisis which is helpful for me to report to my board team. Also it has a really neat feature where you can target audiences from different countries!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can bring all of the social platforms and accounts together in one spot where I can program, manage and analyze date with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was difficult to justify to manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of 1 managing 15+ web sites and 10 social accounts. It's very difficult to jump between everything and make the most of my time. Sprout allows me to stay within 1 platform to handle all social.

Sprout Social makes it easy to schedule and publish social media messages, engage with our community, and measure the impact of our social efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are still easier from the native apps, and I wish I could do them within Sprout with fewer clicks. For example, follow someone who engages with us and look at their profile to engage further.

It consolidates our social channels in one place for easier scheduling and reporting.

I like how all avenues are connected and easily are readable.

There wasn't anything to dislike; the tool is very powerful and accessible.

I would love to be able to get notifications on my phone.

Sprout Social solved our inability to manage multiple social personas and utilize social as a support channel for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is great for providing feedback on top performing posts, an overview of 12 months performance and even mutlitasking with managing more than 3 social media accounts. Alongside this look forward to getting an accurate breakdown of data analytics!

customizable options within the splatform would be great as well as providing an updated mobile app feature where it holds the same capabilities with the features as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is great at solving any problems I have for managing online accounts, to getting me more insight on what type of posts I should continue doing or should cut back on with content!

The training I received. It was very easy to understand and helpful.

Cost of the licenses. Its very expensive.

It helps us deliver customer support over Twitter.
It has been great for reporting on our social media performance.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the reporting is organized by account and channel. The metrics are easy to find and export. I do not use the tool for publishing, though, just for reporting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We also use a direct connection between Facebook and Instagram Insights with our Data Studio report and it's been confusing to understand the differences across platforms to show what is organic vs. paid.

It's helping us to pull data to show community growth and engagement for our social channels and to show individual post results so that we can understand what types of content are most engaging and how we can better connect with our consumers.
