What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, works well for smaller businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy - profiles get disconnected often, pricey if you need a lot of profiles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes to easy to post across platforms and keep track of comments and messages

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social keeps me organized, and I like the new Instagram grid planner so I can see what my grid will look like. I also like the reports and how you can build them, and I enjoy using the Sprout LinkedIn bio feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I want to schedule the same thing on different platforms and then edit them, it's annoying because I have to delete the whole thing. The process would be easier if I could just copy and paste. The disconnecting and reconnecting of accounts is almost always a problem. It'd be cool to schedule Instagram stories with tagging someone without pushing it to my phone to post manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me stay organized, maintain a content calendar, and check up on our profile performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule and manage large amounts of my corporate social media in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain specific (dedicated) social media features aren't available in Sprout and must be done on the individual network itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an easy to use tool making publishing and scheduling social posts a breeze. It is integrated with all traditional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn. I use Sprout daily to schedule content, check analyitcs and view comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to see back in the calendar publishing mode futher than one year and have access to post over 10 photos in Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized analytics that are easy to digest.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social makes it easy to respond to and interact with our followers across platforms, as well as coordinate cases with internal staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about sprout is that you can't export the contact lists into a CRM database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying interaction with customers across multiple channels.

Costs of addons hinders full use of the platform.

Sprout Social provides seamless intergration of multiple accounts to facilitate quick postings and performance monitoring resulting in time savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find an area that does not meet expectations.

Sprout Social platform allows for quick social media posting over mulitiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way for me to handle reputation management and social media posting for multiple locations
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to see photos in the reviews section. I would love to see the photos that customers are adding to their reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to manage multiple locations in one user friendly platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can tag accounts when creating a post and that I can preview what it will look like across platforms. Also like that I can message fellow users on the platform to review a specific post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more functional reporting or an easier way to see a list of posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily schedule posts in Sprout and have the whole team be able to review them. I can add links to Instagram posts through this platform and first comments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using it to schedule posts, especially being able to tag and view post performance via category! Very easy to streamline the approval process between me and my manager. I use this platform everyday to to check post performance, as well as schedule new content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ad account integration is a bit difficult across multiple accounts and can get in the way of the new boosted posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allows us to create posts and have them checked by other members of the team, and allows us insights across multiple profiles.
