Many features to utilize!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to schedule content across different social media channels. Laying content across the calendar makes it simple to see what pieces of content may be missing, or which days to fill content with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love an option to edit any links, buttons, or text when scheduling an Instagram story. Although it's quick to do manually, scheduling the story with those options gives peace of mind.
I select publishers when I publish content. When getting a notification that a post is ready to be scheduled, sometimes the app does not go to the post I'm trying to schedule. It usually lands on either a homepage of a social media channel and I cannot schedule it within the app. I have to make sure that I've copied and pasted my caption and have a backups of the post so that I can post manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so much content needing to be scheduled, everything can get complicated and jumbled. Sprout Social helps me keep my content organized and I'm able to see which pieces need to be planned out and which pieces are already planned out. With the ease of scheduling, strategizing content is more trouble-free.
Utilizing the analytics tool also helps pinpoint any areas I'm lacking in, and what areas are doing well.
Having Sprout Social as a listening tool also helps me monitor what the public thinks of the company brand, which lends to how I publish content and address customer concerns.

Easy to Learn How to Use
What do you like best about the product?
From my personal standpoint as a daily user, I found it easy to use. It is pretty intuitive and straightforward. It is also easy for me to collaborate with my colleagues, especially when using the team conversations feature to talk back-and-forth.
I have had little to no issues with scheduling, other than occasional 1-2 minutes of delayed posting when I include a video with my posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
From my personal experience, I am unable to see how my posts' metrics and stats stack up against those in my industry, which is a tool that I would find useful. Sprout sometimes issues reports with some information about that though its often not specific enough for my needs.
I am also disappointed that there is no built in batch-scheduling option for when I want to simultaneously schedule 3 posts of my choosing across different social platforms at the same time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Sprout Social allows me and my colleague to edit and revise drafts of our social posts prior to scheduling them. This helps us cut down on the constant emailing back-and-forth and tracking changes in Word documents.
Sprout Social doesn't do everything, but it does so much!
What do you like best about the product?
It's analytics support is very useful, and we rely on it heavily! It's historical data is much better than other tools we've used, which is important for understanding cycles and seasonal activity as well as developing new approaches and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more hashtag analytics support in social listening. Sprout has a very good internal tagging/search capability, but being able to gather more info on hashtag use with Sprout would be very helpful. We currently have to use other tools to understand how other accounts are applying our hashtags, and we'd much rather be able to see that in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout we can see across platforms to determine what content is resonating with our audience, which enables much more sophisticated management. Sprout's API functionality is also allowing us to combine social activity metrics with website and streaming metrics to have a much broader view of activity and engagement. We need to better understand impact, and Sprout is helping us move in that direction.

Sprout provides very helpful data from the platforms I use, and they offer a lot of resources to help you keep up with the constantly evolving social media landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout hasn't adapted its scheduling and tagging features super well, especially with regard to LinkedIn.

The scheduling tools are, on the whole, very helpful.
Love the analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to get all of my social media analytics in one place. In doing so, you have the full collection of data sets that's easily downloadable in one place. This makes it easy to show our staff exactly how we are tracking towards the goals we are looking to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish accounts didn't become disconnected, but maybe there is no way around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is helping to solve the time involved in capturing social media preformance by putting everything in one convenient location. I can also track hastags, schedule posting and keep a calendar of everything we are putting out on our profiles.
A Social Automation Tool That Combines It All
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social made it easy to do social media marketing! By having a platform where I could schedule things, connect all the accounts I care about, write posts, leverage advocacy, use AI, and publish things to the channels that mattered to me, I was able to manage our socials on top of my other projects. Sprout Social's support team is responsive and will send you additional help if you need it; they were instrumental in helping me navigate their broad help centers. We used Sprout Social almost daily and saw the value it can provide to lean marketing teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's help center can be difficult to navigate, and they did not provide onboarding support for users in my payment tier when I was a customer. As a platform and Advocacy user, there were many workflows we had to understand how to do in the tool. As wonderfully useful as Sprout Social is, implementing it as a team of 1 was difficult, and I had to spend many hours troubleshooting different things in the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is consolidating all the social platforms, accounts, and analytics I care about while also connecting to an Advocacy platform where I can enable my team further with social posts.
Great user experience, customer service, and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is the user experience. It is easy intuitive, easy to use and easy to navigate. One feature that I particularly love is the Reports. It is very easy to customize reports, change dates, filter, etc. There are also numerous premade reports that make collecting data simple and easy.Sprout is also great for a social team - it's so nice to collaborate and communicate on the platform with other users. Customer service at Sprout is also great. We have an account manager who helps with any issues or roadblocks we might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Sprout is just a couple things that are mostly API limitations. As a B2B company, I would love to post more PDFs and one pagers for our followers but there is only an option to upload photos and videos in the platform. I would also like to see the option for choosing how your Instagram Reel thumbnail will look while in the platform. For example, we post a lot of people content on Reels and I don't want to cut their faces off in the thumbnail for how it would show up in our grid. You can do this natively in Instagram but not in Sprout so I am often posting Instagram Reels natively because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us to streamline our social media purposes, whether this is for content creation, scheduling, content approval, reporting, or listening. Everything is in one place which makes my job much easier. It is also helping us show our exeuctive team the value and importance of social using reports and analytics.
Invaluable tool for our agency
What do you like best about the product?
Our social media team uses Sprout every day. We love the scheduling tools as well as the in-depth analytics for reporting. It's also easy to integrate all your profiles into the platform. If you have multiple clients, Sprout is the no-brainer solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features (which is great) but sometimes it's hard to know how to maximize all of them. Additionally, the annual price increases seem a little steep; I don't think it'd be the best option for a smaller organization, but for someone multiple clients (or an agency) it's a great solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to see everything in one place and connect with social audiences directly from the platform. For listening and responding, it saves a ton of time as we do not have to sift through posts natively. It also gives us expansive, thorough analytics that allow us to monitor the health of every account and communicate effectively with clients.
Fantastic all-around social content platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has an exellent interface and toolset for both mining social trends and follower intent, and planning visual content. One of my favorite features is the multi-view content calendar for exporting to my stakeholders while retaining the visuals/captions and critcal details.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few elements that sprout does not yet incorporate that would be helpful, such as even more elaborate paid controls and other (likely API restricted) Meta controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to present business social media plans to internal stakeholders and schedule out weeks of our content at a time so our social team can move on to other projects as needed.
The Ferrari of Social Media Management Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I don't want to know a world without Sprout Social at my fingertips. The ability to have a one-stop shop when it comes to managing and monitoring multiple social channels makes my life easier each and every day. Using the platform daily to manage content, it not only keeps me organized but offers an easy look at past, present and future when my administation has questions or would like to stay up to date about what's happened and what's to come. When I first joined my organization, Sprout Social was not an in-house tool at our disposal. We quickly changed that with a seemless integration, and our results in the first year have been night and day.
What do you dislike about the product?
While no platform is perfect, this one is close. There are some little things I would love to see happen. We did have an issue when it came to follower counts on LinkedIn, and the solution from support, still to this day, irks me a little bit becase it wasn't really a solution as much as it was an integration issue that LinkedIn allows (or doesn't allow). It's not a big issue, but one that continually will throw off true follower counts so it makes me blink and think twice to remember each time I'm pulling reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to have a one-stop platform for each of the social platforms we use across our various entities and accounts. The amount of time saved when it comes to reports, posting and listening is time I would spend and lose hour after hour without Sprout Social.
