Intuitive Interface but Lacks Key Metrics View

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive Sprout Social is and how it provides all the data in a nice, clean view. I'm able to quickly see a month or quarterly view of our social accounts compared to a previous period or year. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to see reach in the list view and collab-led posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for tracking social media metrics like impressions, engagements, and reach. It has an intuitive and clean view that helps me quickly compare social media performance over different periods.

Streamlined Social Management with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social primarily helps us consolidate all of our accounts into one place, making it really easy to get an overview where we can track all of our stats. It also allows us to schedule our posts to launch at the right time, which is a real time-saver and efficient service for keeping everything in one place. What I like most is how clean and easy it is to organize their Link in BioGrid. It puts all of our posts in one place and is super fun to look at. It's really helpful for our community as it provides a place to quickly see all of our recent posts and click through. I love the ability to quickly track the clicks when I look at the grid in the Sprout account. It was really easy to set up initially, and their team made it really easy by providing great training and tips for navigating Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that the menu options when you log in to Sprout Social can be a little bit overwhelming, especially if you're just getting used to the platform. It could be simplified a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social consolidates all our accounts, making it easy to track stats and schedule posts. It's a time-saving and efficient service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple reports in Sprout Social. They help me run analytics quarterly and use AI to look at correlations between social activity, engagement, and web traffic to see how we're doing. It aids me in understanding how my content is reaching my audiences and what resonates most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to set a template for quarterly reports so I don't have to mess with changing settings each time or remembering what needs to be done to keep the reports consistent

What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout Social's interface is excellent and their customer service is always extremely helpful. I rarely find myself without some kind of support. Additionally, my experience with Sprout Social has been excellent overall. The setup was extremely easy and friction-free, not at all challenging.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I found challenging was attempting to schedule Instagram posts, but it appears that Sprout Social has cleaned up that functionality. And so now it's a far more friction-free experience than has been the case in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social posts and track engagement, allowing us to improve engagement with audiences proactively while reducing human error when completing posts in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the format of Sprout Social and how it makes everything easy. I also appreciate the tabs that let you change to different social medias effortlessly. The initial setup was perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just feel the messages if they're close down to be taken off the wall.

I use Sprout Social for answering messages and comments, and its format with tabs for different socials makes everything easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to batch content with Sprout Social. The content scheduling feature is what I use the most and value the most. It keeps things efficient and moving swiftly, especially since we run a lot of accounts. Sprout Social is very easy for the initial setup as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was better at tagging things for us, and sometimes in reels are posted on Instagram, they're pixelated. It takes the color out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me flag sentiment, schedule content in advance, monitor efficiently, and stay on top of engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is. I enjoy the calendar view because I can see quickly when posts are scheduled. It's valuable because I can see the whole month in a quick view without having to scroll through different weeks and I can choose a day on the calendar to schedule the post for. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the pending and rejected posts in one spot will help instead of two different places. Currently, you have to go to each individual tab to see what is still pending or what is rejected. If they were both in the same place, you don't have to go to multiple places and it'll save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts in advance, which helps us not forget to post. It's user-friendly with a calendar view that quickly shows scheduled posts, allowing efficient post planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's reporting tools are easy to use and provide a great user experience. It's easy to quickly pull together a thorough report for stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout had more competitor data / benchmarks for LinkedIn. There are some limitations there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us pull together automated monthly organic social reporting, which is a huge benefit to us for visibility into performance for our team members and leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts in advance and then focus on other important tasks in my workload, with peace of mind knowing that my content is already posted across the multiple platforms I need to publish on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that, especially on LinkedIn, tagging individual people sometimes doesn’t populate in Sprout. Only company names show up, which turns it into a two-step process: once the post goes live, I have to go to LinkedIn and tag the individual myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us solve the problem of gaining insight into how our campaign posts performed, which is really great when we’re putting together presentations on the outcomes.
