Good ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout because the analytic charts are very easy to follow, the color coding of everything is very helpful, and the training sessions are great for onboarding new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to get a good preview of what a post is going to look like from a draft. Maybe having a preview setting would be very helpful. Also, tagging people on Instagram is not a feature on Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really puts into perspective what posts and platforms do particularly well with certain content. It's very easy to know what works the best in what platform.

What do you like best about the product?
scheduling social posts is easier than ever with sprout social. the UX/UI of the platform is beautiful and sleek, giving you a great user experience throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great to have a caption generator!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is providing brand awareness on platforms that host many internal and external audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with with to plan, schedule & monitor my social platforms. Especially since this a a tool we use daily with several of our team members. Support with the setup & training for the new account was top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still looking on how to best make use of the analytics. Creating personalized reports would be a great added bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major problem for our team that Sprout Social solves is the inefficiency of managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms. This is time-consuming and complex, but Sprout Social provides a unified platform where we can streamline the process of posting, scheduling, and monitoring content. Saving us time & efforts.
The tool allows our teams to work together within the platform: we can assign tasks & improve our workflows.

In addition, Sprout Social helps us address the challenges with responding to customer questions & inquiries in a timely manner via our socials. It's the perfect tool for social listening, monitoring & responding, improving customer satisfactions & engagment.
The data & analytics available in the platform helps us make data-driven decisions in our social campaigns & strategies.

When I am drafting posts and enter more than once it glitches and work doesnt save.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the main dashboard layout and how easy it is to compare engagement rates between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements are not fully integrated, such as liking specific comments on Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been helpful in automating our social listening, post performance monitoring, reporting and measurement processes. This has saved hours of manual labor and consolidated our analyses into one comprehensive report that's easily digestible for our key decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major challenges with Sprout Social. The only minor obstacle I've experienced is with developing queries for social listening exercises and ensuring the outputs are relevant exclusively to our brand category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is building efficiencies into our social measurement program and informing our creative teams on the content formats as well as CTAs that perform best.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful tools is being able to post around viral or peak times. This helps capitalize engagement, and get the best ROI espeically around content integrated products. Tracking perfrmoance via posts and overall profiles is also helpful in getting specific details onto what content works and how many viists we get to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to get demogrpahcs for every platform like if there was a demogrpahics tab only or clear subsection. I think some of the accounts don't show the demographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the issues that is pretty difficult to find a solution for, is finding a range of time for posting to get the most exposure. Their feature under publsing where you can use optimal times has made it to where bad performing content is perfoming much better.

The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is that it puts all your social media platforms into one place and gives you the data from there.

Could have better AI capabilities for reporting.

Sprout Social is making things more organized by putting everything into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been so helpful because the platform is easy to use! Our team got a full walk-through of the platform and the features available from a representative, which was extremely helpful. The social listening is going to be a game changer for us. I also love the recommendations they have for optimal times to post across channels. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sprout to peers in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a dedicated customer support representative instead of having to write into a support team if we have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to more easily gauge our brand sentiment by using social listening and be more in tune with our customers.

Great tool for top level manager

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using SproutSocial for a limited time a couple of years ago, and compared to other tools, it really has the overall most useful set of tools. We've used it on a daily basis while our agency has had a lot of clients and it was very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the price range is higher compared to what we can afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The people in my agency used it for all sort of things, from listening to management, but I've found using analytics the most useful tool.
