Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and the ability to add profiles easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are costly, like social listening and if you need back data (12 months) you need to pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If your agency has multiple accounts then its better to have everything in one place.
Useful Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes publishing multiple things super easy, I use it once every two weeks to schedule out content and I'm good to go!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complex, and I don't like that you can't customize what your homepage is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making my life a lot easier when trying to post a lot of social content to our channels.

The dashboard and the tools are very easy to use and comprehensive

I wish there was a bit more automated insights that help garner more info.

I love how dynamic and adaptable Sprout is to the everchaning needs of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I haven't found too many downsides beyond there how many features there are so it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with!

What do you like best about the product?
it does the job and has good UX. Don't use it for much else.

There are limitations but those are mostly due to the platform APIs

The manual nature of the platform, it is not as intuative as others e.g. google.

Easy to use with great reporting options
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to using Sprout, and it seems relatively easy to use. Publishing and scheduling posts is simple, and I can preview before sending. I also like the optimal time options. Reporting is straightforward, and I'm able to get all the key metrics I need. I do need to explore the competitor analysis features a bit more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble with tagging, and I often need to share a post directly on a social media channel in order to tag a relevant business or individual. Reporting is usually easy, but there are times when I find it difficult to filter certain posts, so having a more advanced filtering option would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited on users and profiles, but we're working collectively on it. The biggest problem for us is tagging, but I think that might a long-term fix.
