Effortless Social Media Management, Needs Reporting Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly easy to use, which makes managing multiple social media platforms a breeze. I really appreciate being able to publish the same post across different platforms without having to log into each one separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could do a better job of separating paid meta performance in the overall profile report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social helps manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously without needing to log into each, streamlining my workflow.
Game-Changer for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the release of unlimited profiles and groups in Sprout Social, which has been game-changing from a management and reporting perspective. The customization options and the fact that it's built specifically for social media managers stand out to me. I also love Sprout Social's reporting capabilities. Even though the initial setup wasn't ideal since I manage a large amount of accounts, I appreciate that Sprout Social has been learning together with me on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to duplicate groups – This would be so helpful and reduce time building different reports for different groups. Sometimes I just need the same group but slightly different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social's unlimited profiles and groups feature is game-changing for management and reporting.
A Centralized Hub for All Things Social
What do you like best about the product?
It is a centralized hub for all things social!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the smart inbox was easier to organize when working cross functionally with Social and Guest Experience teams

Sprout has been helpful for us to troubleshoot how to integrate our Guest Experience team into the Sprout platform, which will help make our two teams working together more seamless.
Effortless Social Scheduling with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social creates efficiency for us, especially with scheduling across platforms. It’s user-friendly and intuitive, so the whole team can use it without an issue. The dashboards and layout make it easy to find exactly what you need. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to add our accounts and get everything set up with relatively little issue. Compared to the system we used before, Sprout Social doesn't have massive connectivity issues and offers a much better ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we found that we needed that Sprout Social doesn’t offer is a way to search posts effectively. In case we want to repost something from many months ago. We have a project management system where we can do this, but it would be much easier if we could do it within Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social creates efficiency with scheduling across platforms and allows us to share information internally so colleagues can share it across their social media.
Enhances Team Visibility, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social provides visibility for the team. The Employee Advocacy element is a convenient way for our internal team to share our voice and is a shortcut for our team to promote current stories while maintaining our brand voice. Additionally, the customer support team was easy to work with when we ran into issues updating our SSO settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently ran into some issues when updating our SSO settings. SSO could be improved by allowing more options for the standard SSO used.

Sprout Social helps me maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple social channels. It provides visibility for my team and the Employee Advocacy feature is a convenient way for our team to promote stories while keeping our brand voice consistent.

I love how easy Sprout Social is to use. Tagging is a great tool that I use frequently; it makes finding specific KPIs like engagements super easy for specific campaigns. The initial setup was very easy, and the team was helpful in ensuring our transition was smooth. I appreciate how Sprout Social helps with reporting and sharing insights with C-suites and stakeholders effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get mistagged and it is difficult to find them. Making the tools a little more intuitive would help.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content for a variety of clients across multiple platforms, which helps keep everything organized. It makes the approval process smoother. I like the recommended posting times and the engagement rate shown on the overview. It saves me time figuring out the best times to post and quickly lets me know which content is performing well. The platform seemed easier to use and more advanced compared to what we used before. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could still see the post preview after it's posted without going to the platform.

Sprout Social keeps my content organized, smooths the approval process, provides recommended posting times, and shows engagement rates, helping me quickly see content success.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about token linking, and it's easy to create group folders and sort out different client accounts. The platform makes my work more time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find managing paid social media ads challenging. It would be nice to create and see paid ads instead of using Meta Business. Also, I'd like more functionality for dealing with Google Business pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling multiple posts with different accounts. It's time efficient and I don't have to worry about token linking, plus it's easy to create group folders for client accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social super helpful for managing over 30 accounts for our business, especially for posting, scheduling, and data reporting. I really like the scheduling feature because I can schedule across many different platforms and also see what others have scheduled, which is great since our team is large. I also appreciate seeing all of our connected accounts in one place, which makes managing everything all the more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tagging images in X cumbersome. Instead of tagging profiles within the copy, I want the option to tag the account directly in the photo. Also, the initial setup of Sprout Social was a bit overwhelming, especially when trying to understand tags and campaigns.

Sprout Social helps me manage over 30 accounts by streamlining posting, scheduling across platforms, and data reporting. It also allows me to coordinate with my team by seeing scheduled activities, and easily connect and view all accounts in one place.

I really like the reporting tool. It's very comprehensive.

I wish there were more options for the Pinterest connection.
