User-Friendly with Few Overwhelming Options
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social immensely helpful for marketing purposes, especially with its calendar scheduling capability between multiple accounts, which streamlines our marketing operations effectively. I also appreciate the ease of use that Sprout Social offers, making my workflow much more efficient. The calendar view is particularly useful, and I love the feature of being able to preview a post before it goes live, ensuring accuracy and allowing for any necessary adjustments ahead of time. Additionally, the integration with Canva for creating graphics is an excellent complement to the platform, enhancing our content creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface has too many options, which can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social solves calendar scheduling across multiple accounts and provides a useful calendar view and post preview, enhancing my marketing management efficiency.
Efficient Social Management with Minor Navigation Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for managing our client's social media pages. I appreciate being able to have all profiles in one place, which really simplifies things for me. The Smart Inbox and case management features are very beneficial. Having all platforms in one feed is really useful, and case management allows me to streamline our customer service process. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new layout after the recent update has made locating certain places more difficult. I find switching between folders slower and identifying which folders I'm in more time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage all social media profiles in one place. The Smart Inbox and case management streamline customer service, which is very beneficial.
Easy Scheduling, But Limited Facebook Page Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is very easy and timesaving to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add other facebook pages that werent connected to your main account like we have a factory store page that needs to be connected but it wont let me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making it easier to get analytics and also posting bulk content to make it easier to do other work related tasks for my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have analytic reporting all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to track collaborative posts - specifically ones that were shared from a different account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing team of just two people, this tool has made managing our community and scheduling posts incredibly easy. It's also been very helpful to view insights and track the performance of all our social accounts from a single dashboard.
Boosts Efficiency and Streamlines My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work much more efficient. I use it on a daily basis and have confirmed that it makes my day-to-day tasks 10x easier and better. And Support is generally pretty helpful. Additionally, our Sprout Rep is able to escalate any issues and note product feedback for their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not work exactly as we would like it to, or there are features we've continually hoped for that still are not available (dragging & dropping photos). Typically are issues are more to do with the select Social platforms, and less with Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is the primary platform that I conduct my daily tasks in as a Social Media Manager. Without it, my work would take much longer than it typically does. Additionally, I would need to rely on other software for social analytics that are not as robust.
Intuitive Social Management, But Listening Tool Needs Improvement

Easy to use and intuitive. Features cover a full range of social media management needs

Listening tool does not work as well as we had hoped. There are a lot of gaps in content that does not pull in

The ability to track impressions and enagagement rates for each of our sponsors and the ability to mass post extremely quick.

Glitches, innacurate numbers, slow implementation of capturing new social features ie. IG Reposts

easily pulled reporting with tags, easy approvals with multiple external stakeholders, streamlining feedback from clients, quick links to reporting snapshots for the month or specific periods
Great for Social Planning, But Instagram Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to plan and use the social calendar and post across multiple platforms. I appreciate that more platforms and integrations are included, and that you can use AI assist when you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to have a Facebook account to include Instagram in your posts and metrics. We won't use Facebook so Instagram has to have it's own monitoring. Not a fan of forced platform use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of one, I can input social campaigns in advance and let them run while I perform other marketing functions.
Great for Managing Multiple Accounts, But Frequent Disconnects Are Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
being able to connect so many accounts as we have lots of facebook pages
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to reconnect accounts after an hour- why do they disconnect so often?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We schedule posts across 50+ facebook pages and this saves me so much time not having to post on that many accounts
