What do you like best about the product?
We have used Sprout Social for 2 years to manage all of our social media platforms. The feature set and analytics are superior to other platforms, allowing us to drill down into data in multiple ways and be more strategic. I like that I can create a custom report that's easy to understand and share it as a PDF with management. The publishing calendar is great for an at-a-glance view of everything posted and scheduled to post for the month. Last year, we also added the Employee Advocacy platform with 100 licenses. It was one of the most affordable options for us to test an employee advocacy program and is definitely a more basic option, but worked for our needs to get started. That platform allows us to publish a story for employees directly from our publishing calendar in Sprout Social which is helpful. Overall, I would recommend Sprout Social for companies looking for more than the basic features and analytics, while staying within a reasonable budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of employee advocacy program and other add-ons are somewhat expensive for the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule and post social content consistently with an approval process to prevent mistakes. Also great analytics to understand post and profile performance. The employee advocacy platform is helpful to expand our reach on LinkedIn with minimal effort.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout every. single. day. Premium analytics are a game changer and I like that they are on top of quickly adding new features when social platforms update.

They seem to really get what users want and need from the product - I like AI assist and the asset library function to make my team quicker.

If we ever have an issue, their team and support is very quick to respond to try to get things resolved. A+.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is pricey. It's worth the investment for my agency, but it can be hard to recommend to smaller orgs or brands.

I also wish Sprout had customizable reports that could be whitelabeled with a client's colors and branding. I'm often recreating reports from Sprout to fit in with the style of reporting decks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a one stop shop. We schedule to all platforms from one place. We can monitor and respond to comments from across all platforms in one place. We do all of our organic social reporting from Sprout, including tracking sentiment.

Sprout saves us hours and hours of time that we would spend if we didn't have it.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and social listening on Sprout are top-notch. The reports are beautiful and easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is definitely higher than other social media schedulers. I would also like to see more AI tools incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines scheduling social media posts and organizing my calendar. It also helps with analytics and knowing when to post and what is doing well.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflows of Sprout are some of the best out there for managing multiple stakeholders. The analytics and social listening tools are the best I've seen from anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. Even with a nonprofit discount, it is prohibitively expensive for most small to mid-sized organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage socials for 6 brands across 21 channels with 10 different stakeholders. Without sprout workflow, it would not be possible to get efficient approvals.

Sprout also has the most comprehensive analytics of the tools we surveyed.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows for scheduling, post approval, and long list of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adovcacy platform is very limited. LinkedIn tagging is buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes scheduling social content and analyzing results easy to do. Helps keep marketing team in sync on posts, approvals, and metrics.

Easiest reports ever

What do you like best about the product?
As we work with temas accross de world, having the chance to filter post by user, region or content type works amazing. It allow us to generate reports for each region every day, month or quarterly. We don't need to worry about erros on amount of post, just make clear tagging. This also is great because creating tags is easier as just give 2 clicks. It saves a lot of time and let us focus on the important part of business
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I found hard the language of the platformm, it would be great if if have more languages like Portuguesse. Ussually the IA suggestión are only at english, but it also save us a little time, we just need to translate it to aou native language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sprout help us to manage a big team and save time all at once. As we are an international team working on the platformm it allow us to have roles and keep the workflow. We dont need to worry about unanswered messages or pending post as they are assigned to specific team members. Sprout hae a tag system for each post so we can segregate topics or regions easily. This help us to improve our campaing report's time.

Really great reporting and reporting capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately weve encountered some weird glitching, making tasks take longer. Certain reports won't load or will only load for specific date ranges
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it very easy to review individual responses from my team members, data gathering for ata glance looks

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout on a daily basis. It is easy to schedule posts for multiple social accounts and few them all at the same time. I also really enjoy the approval feature to submit posts within a team. When I first started using Sprout I was easily transitioned onto the platform and being able to integrate a new software into my daily routine was key in my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would say that is least helpful but there are a few product features I wish Sprout would offer. I would like to be able to upload a whole folder of images on to the grid planner without having to select a date to have them saved as a draft that way I could build my grid and work backwards with scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the issue of spending time manually posting on our social accounts and using multiple platforms to manage social.

Good platform for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts is available for multiple social platforms, including Google My Business, and you can see the most active times of day to post down to the minute. It's easy to add links and tag products that are available via our Shopify account. Data for post performance is easy to read. It's easy to reach out via their chat feature to get support if you have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I manage 4 different brands, and their posts live on their own calendars. If I want to post something similar between brands, I cannot duplicate the post, I have to copy the text from brand one, open the next brand's profile, paste it in, and reupload the photo. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to have all brands be able to live in one calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to manage scheduling our posts across multiple social plaforms. It also has great data to be able to look at regarding post performance, and you can create & add tags to your posts (not the same tags as product tags for shopping your post) so that you can see how posts about a "sale" performed vs. a "behind the scenes" vs. a specific product you were asked to promote.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling and connecting accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could receive customized email reports. I support 6 businesses, yet because I'm part of an organization, I receive reports for many businesses I do not support, making the roll-up reports pretty useless for me.
I also wish I didn't have to toggle between groups to view the dashboards for my businesses in different groups as each time all the parameters I set up reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to schedule out a content calendar and share with the client for review. Analytics are also easy to find.
