Simplifying Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game changer for our team in streamlining all of our social media communication into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your integrations with Facebook tend to have a lot of problems and issues causing our team to not be able to respond as efficiently as we would like all of the time. Our reporting doesn't always come in correctly, and we have to go in to fix these monthly. We'd also like it to be a bit more customizable. We'd also like a better way to track some ad comments on YT, Tiktok, and Reddit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped our team streamline all of our communiation on all platforms into one place allowing us to respond effectively and efficiently to all messages and comments.

Future scheduling, AI features. Reports on engagement and views etc. Best time of day scheduling. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like a lot of clicks to get to some things and some things are hard to find.

It saves me so much time!
Makes Posting & Reporting Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy interface and the ability to pull social reports any time. Also the new AI feature has been a game changer in making quick edits to captions.

I don't like having to reconnect platforms without proper notice.

What do you like best about the product?
The suite of tools offered by Sprout Social has helped us expand our social media program efficiently! From publishing to analytics to employee advocacy, we have used these tools to operationalize social media programs, establish efficient workflows, and make strategic decisions based on detailed analytics.
These tools have also enabled us to expand our social media presence and rally the entire organization around our social media efforts in the case of employee advocacy. This impact has been extremely valuable in showcasing the value of a robust and intentional social media program that supports the entire organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only hurdle we encounter with Sprout Social is the limited seats available in our current budget. This can cause some shuffling around when we are looking for coverage for vacations, out-of-office, or rapid-response instances. We've been able to effectively navigate this limitation however an easier way to add in temporary users for these instances will help scrappy small teams feel less of a pinch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything related to the social program in one place has been extremely useful. This enables us to pull analytics quickly, use the content library to action on quick posts, and use features like the "best times to post" to eliminate the guessing game of when content should go live on our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a fantastic product for social media management. It's very user-friendly, and they consistently improve and update features. Their analytics offering is robust, and I love the ability to create custom reports. Customer support has been great; I always receive quick responses and feel supported by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would put more support and product updates into their Employee Advocacy tool.

It's not a visually led platform. Insights could be stronger and more options for presenting those visually and identifying trends

Speeding up our queue management, saving us lots of time. Easily duplicating posts across platformd
Sprout is a good help for social media publishing although could have more platforms.

I like best that Sprout is reliable and gives me suggested post times.

I wish Sprout would alert you if you schedule 2 pieces of content on the same platform at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sprout social is in all in one solution to manage social. Instead of wasting time going to each platform to post I do everything in sprout. Tagging feature is one of my favorite, I set up a organization system of 3 different tiers of tags for each post (content type, content theme, audience)
What do you dislike about the product?
The API limitations on LinkedIn are frustating and the lack of document posts on Sprout makes me have to use the native platform. I would like to see even more AI but I know that is on the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a time resource constaint so this allows me to do the work of more than 1 person and be more productive. We can now expand our impact on social because of sprout.
Sprout is an amazing Social Media tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in Sprout is the AI tool to draft 3 separate posts to pick from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is having to guide a new member to add themselves by using my login. There needs to be a better way to get members added without obtaining their personal login information.

It is bringing my leaders exposure by staying relevant and always posting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an easy to use, intuitive, and powerful tool for social teams of all sizes. They make it easy to understand what content is working, and even easier to schedule and manage content across all of our channels. Their account and support teams are also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening dashboards could be cleaner, but there are lots of learning and help documents to assist with this!

It provides us one single source of truth for our social analytics and makes it easy to schedule all of our content.
