Mass-Scheduling Made Easy Across 45+ Locations

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule posts for multiple pages. We have 45+ locations, so Sprout saves us a ton of time by being able to mass-schedule posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that we have found so far..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for 45+ locations. Previously we used to have to log into each individual page and post, which was very time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social provides a centralized location for all my content with seamless connections to platforms, which minimizes the work involved in going to a number of different sites. I also found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be easy.

Easy Scheduling Ahead of Time with Helpful Social Listening Tools

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling features, being able to schedule ahead of time, social listening tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Trellis feature is not that helpful at times. Sometimes it doesn't answer the question I asked it explicitly and gives me other information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our different teams throughout the corporate office to be able to see each other's work better and collaborate on a higher level.

Efficient Social Reporting with Minor Tagging Hurdles

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social primarily for social reporting and scheduling. I love the easy-to-view and edit dashboards for reporting that allow me to use AI to synthesize data quickly and make campaign decisions. For scheduling, the optimal best time features are helpful in setting up weekly content schedules and deciding when to post specific types. The initial setup was super easy since I have used similar platforms in the past. Overall, I like the reporting feature the most and also find the best time to post feature especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn tagging feature in Sprout Social is frustrating because I can't tag personal accounts like I can on the native LinkedIn app. This forces me to switch between tools a lot. I have to use Sprout for the best time to post, then switch to the native LinkedIn app to tag individuals, and then go back to Sprout after the post is live to add campaigns and tags for performance tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for easy reporting and scheduling. The AI helps me synthesize data quickly and plan campaigns, while the optimal posting times assist in scheduling weekly content effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best about sprout is the scheduling and reporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sprout is that certain scheduling features aren’t available, which means I sometimes have to edit posts after they go live or schedule them directly on the platforms instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is adding more and better updates to their reporting features and listening tools.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for social media management. Easy to use, easy to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could tag automatically in Instagram instead of entering handles. Dislike how expensive each additional seat is and would prefer better package options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sprout helps keep track of all our handles across multiple channels, and we have nearly 20. Also easy to go back and see what we've posted for same event year over year to avoid duplication.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a really simple interface that makes it easy to schedule and move posts for multiple accounts and platforms. I also love the analytics it's far more comprehensive than any platform Ive used.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the personal account analytics are not as detailed as company accounts. For whatever reason they can't pull all of the info from linkedin, so there are missing details I still need to find mannually

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media management and really like the Social Listening feature. It helps me track what people think about our company with negative or positive sentiment. Most of the mentions we wouldn't have found on our own. It allows me to track all metrics and platforms in one place while being able to post to multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports tab can be complicated to understand and prioritize the metrics we care about most. Mentioning people in a post has been very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to track all metrics and platforms in one place and post to multiple platforms. The Social Listening feature tracks sentiment, finding mentions we'd miss otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, simple, good UX, and has is a very organized platform
What do you dislike about the product?
i think the app good use some updating, and i don't like that you have to manually add tracking to your instagram stories but you can add tracking within the platform for facebook

solving my problems with reporting & being able to organize the types of posts into categories and allows me to see more specific post breakdowns, it also helps solve the issue of knowing what the best time to post is
