What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and schedule posts on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been many features I dislike about Sprout so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us track engagement and efficeintly schedule posts at one time and ahead rather than posting posts individually at the desired time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been essential for bringing multiple leaders together one place and manage all things social. It has allowed me to police branding, while enabling team members to post easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts seem to get disconnected randomly, which require reconnection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that Sprout Social is solving is how to communicate through our sole social media properties in one voice, but to different audiences. As a multi-national corporation, we have needed to write in multiple languages, schedule according to timezone, and geotarget countries and regions. This has made a complex task very simple, with an approval workflow that is quickly reviewed and distributed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Sprout. The full calendar view of what I'm going to be posting per month is really helpful in determining strategy and what content we might be missing. I'm looking at the full calendar every single day. I'm a big fan of the weekly Sprout reports, which show how one week performed compared to the week before. I always take the time to look at those. They are a big help, especially since I'm pretty busy and don't want to have to log everything into the Reports section all the time. The reports section is nice. I'm only on the basic plan, but still get plenty of data to share with my executive team about all of our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the publishing calendar, I want to be able to look back past one year. This would be helpful for me to know sometimes and make the reporting a little easier to do. If I did a report from 2 years ago and saw a spike in engagement on the day and wanted to see what we posted, I would need to scour our organic feeds to find the date I'm looking for. There are also some discrepancies in the reports that I know Sprout is working on.
There have also been some issues with our Smart Inbox. I don't have the ability to view something on the external platform if I wish to. This would be helpful because we have multiple Facebook accounts with the same name, and I want to see which one was mentioned in something. But there's no way for me to view it on Facebook, so I have to actually go to Facebook and find it. There have also been notification issues in the Smart Inbox with two of my other users. Notifications that I was getting, they were not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us manage our social media, from content scheduling to data reporting. This has benefited us tremendously by keeping us on track, allowing us to see what types of content are performing well, and determining which data is valuable to show our executives. Content scheduling helps us think ahead instead of being reactive or needing to post manually every day. The data reporting has helped our executives go from not knowing what social platforms we are on, to being engaged with us through said social platforms or hearing us out on key data points.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for planning! I love how easy the dashboard is for planning out posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their analytics can be off from the Meta Business Suite sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning!! It also helps a ton when I have soemthing to post on the weekend. I can schedule it Friday and trust it will go out on saturday when planned.
Sprout Social is a lifesaver for a new social media manager
What do you like best about the product?
As someone new to social media management, I’ve found Sprout Social’s webinars alone are worth exploring. I have learned so incredibly much from live and recorded webinars. As well, the platform is a highly valuable tool for organizing campaigns. Its user-friendly interface makes it easier to manage multiple social media accounts and track performance metrics overall and for individual posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a barrier, especially for smaller organizations or individuals just starting in social media management. I am so grateful my manager has agreed to pay for access for my team!

Scheduling and Publishing Planning: Sprout Social’s scheduling tool helps with planning and publishing posts across multiple platforms, saving time and allowing posts to go out while creators are out of the office.
Sprout Social gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Sprout Social for three things: Pulling reports, scheduling content, and managing inboxes. The smart inboxes allow me to keep the six channels I manage organized and orderly. The custom reports allows me to build the right data pull for any presentation or report that I need to send out across the organization. The scheduling tool allows me to easily plan content, move things around as needed, and even send content directly to my phone for further customization.
I also have always loved the reps I've worked with. This is now the third org that I've used Sprout at and the account managers I've worked with are always SO wonderful. They're helpful, provide personalized support, and are also always willing to try and customize plans for our specific needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more tools were available for more of the plans. I.E. basic listening access that can let users play with the listening tool in its most basic form before deciding to upgrade further. It's a tool that is hard to understand its value without actually using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage two brands, each having three social accounts. Sprout allows me to stay organized, both from a content scheduling perspective, but also for all inbound messages and report pulling. Sprout is extremely user friendly so I'm able to navigate the platform efficiently and get what I need in a timely matter.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to view all messages in one inbox. It allows me to have a good bird's eye view of what is going on with the 30 accounts I oversee. The ability to duplicate and schedule each post is also a huge time saver. We have different copy and versions of clips that we post to different platforms, so duplicating it and then editing for each platform is something that I do daily. We use Sprout to do all our reporting, scheduling, and DM management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the videos we get sent don't play or preview in our inbox. We get sent a lot of content so it is cumbersome to open up the app and then search for the message again. I also wish the link in bio features were more advanced and could highlight different media more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have a bird's eye view or all 30 accounts that I manage, both in DMs and in reporting. I always feel like I know what is happening on all accounts.
User friendly social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and though feature are constanly added, the user experience is straightforward and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all functionality that is available natively in social media apps is available e.g. scheduling Instagram carousel with photos and videos, however Sprout is constantly soliciting user feedback and making updates where available.

Great tool for aggregating analytics across platforms and providing easy to digest reports.
Detailed, User Friendly, and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the great Customer Service, Easiness to use, and Extensive posting capabilities, what I enjoy most about Sprout Social is the Employee Advocacy intergration. Tthousands of dollars I've been able to save my company by utilizing this feature has aided tremendously in sharing company news -- utilizing our employees, the people who believe in our message the strongest!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as dislikes with Sprout Social, the only thing that comes to mind is the fact that there is no ability to connect a Personal Instagram to Sprout Social Advocacy. Although I believe this is a restriction on Instagram's side, uncontrollable by Sprout, being able to have access to Personal Instagrams on Advocacy would set Sprout aside from all of the other compamnies alike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my specific responsibilities on my team, Sprout Social has addressed one of our most significant challenges: employee engagement and retention. Studies show that employees who feel involved and invested in their company are more likely to positively influence their social circles, leading to increased trust and participation in the company’s products and services. Additionally, the Employee Advocacy platform has helped us save money by amplifying each share and engagement facilitated by our team members.
