Intuitive and user friendly tool

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how incredibly easy this tool is to use. The customer support, along with the available resources for learning more, are truly outstanding! I rely on the tool every day and find it seamlessly fits into my daily workflows. The reporting features have become much better since I first started using it, and the AI integration is *chefs kiss*!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is extremely user-friendly and streamlined, I find myself wishing for a bit more flexibility when it comes to reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put, Sprout saves me A LOT of time. We recently added employee advocacy to our toolset, and it makes reporting cohesive and easy.

Timesaver for Business!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Sprout Social is the ability to schedule social media posts far in advance. It's very easy to go back to previous posts and duplicate them for the future. It's also great to be able to go back in time to a year previous to see what specifically was posted when and where. I am the sole user of Sprout Social at our company, and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides I've found is the Sprout Social app. I don't find the app to be as useful as the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us in allowing posts to be scheduled out in advance, to social media sites that do not have a scheduler. The ability to post, for example, to Google Business has increased phone calls to our business, foot traffic to our storefront, and website purchases. Customers are able to see every post we send to Facebook and Instagram when they look us up.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use - it is very user friendly and very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are updates, they aren't clearly communicated and shared on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is one centralized platform for our team to manage all inbound messages and notifications that come to us.

Great Tool for the Job

What do you like best about the product?
Love the smart inbox listening tool as it makes my job so much easier. Their team is quick to answer questions. Also great scheduling tool & easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Love that we are being safe with our accounts in 2026, but having to input an emailed code at every login fills up my inbox quickly and can be annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout in my work frequently: every day, most often for scheduling and calendaring, and occasionally for metrics reporting or social listening. The platform itself is very useful, with a lot of features and tools--but it still manages to be user-friendly and easy to implement. Despite the plethora of features, it's not intimidating. And there are a lot of resources for users to get started, learn new features, address bugs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, the Sprout team is responsive to bugs and issues but can take longer to implement changes and put things on the roadmap. Most recently, the example I can think of is Bluesky integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is keeping abreast of API changes on platforms so that our workflows can remain (relatively) uninterruped despite new challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout is so user-friendly. Publishing is very simple and I appreciate the suggested times. The analytics are also super helpful.

The LinkedIn integration is pretty buggy.

Sprout is making social media management more efficient.

Unable to create seperate captions for seperate social medias

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, reporting , and monitoring is made a breeze with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's subscription fee, while competive with similar platforms, is high. Not necesarrily the fault of Sprout, but the continued issue of price gouging in the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting to my team is made very easy with Sprout. Scheduing and creating posts takes significantly less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Their analytics is great; I also appreciate the tagging function which helps streamline reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their API for their analytics properly included all the data from Pinterest and Instagram. I also wish there was a link in bio function for TikTok. The IG Story data in particular is not robust and doesn't match what you can get natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps greatly in conducting audits of the content we create. It also helps with our internal reporting needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout at minimum 2 times a week for reporting mainly, but I do do some scheduling. I am a fan of the new collabrative feature. I like the support from Autumn, ease of use as compared to sprinklr.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is not being able to hide likes and shares while scheduling, plus the aspect ratio. Those issue curb me from using it for all scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting has become a lot easier for me as I need to do weekly and monthly reporting on socials!
