Sprout is user friendly and easy to learn for new social media users.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user friendly. The layout of the pages we use is very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what we use, I wish it showed up on our Facebook calendar when we schedule things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses several pages for Facebook. It helps us with time management and spread articles and videos at a faster rate without posting things individually.
Good Product for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and user experience is great -- functionalities have a wide range from community management, to support and social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be costly and support can be burdensome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on social in one place and community posting
Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling tags that automate reporting categories, social listening and inbox threads
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes schedule posts fail, TikTok ads manager isn't able to be added, the action rate doesn't include in platform engagement, instagram stories can't add copy on the image, can't add a thumbnail image for TikTok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating reporting , listening and multi platform scheduling
Robust analytics and extremely scalable platform
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are very robust and overall so simple to navigate. Love that you can separate paid vs. organic performance as well as compare from one time period to another. The granularity of Smart Inbox is very helpful for community managers who oversee multiple accounts across multiple brands/products as you can break messages down by message type, platform, source and tags. Customer support always responds in a timely manner and provides thorough step by step instructions/details to deliver seamless resolution. Also love that you can search messages in Smart Inbox and posts in reporting by keyword.
What do you dislike about the product?
As granular as the analytics/reporting feature is, it is frustrating that you cannot view profile performance for organic only. I understand this is likely a limitation at the platform/API level, but I wish there was better reporting for organic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting/analytics helps us tell the story in terms of what content our audience is interested in most which is key for any brand that has a social media presence. You have to understand what resonates and what doesn't. Social media is about the end user. The content that THEY want to consume. Not what the brand thinks or wants to share.
Levelling up our experience
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses it for the app store integrations, which have incredibly simplified things. I love how there is a queue, discussions can happen on individual items, and everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand this is an API limitation from Google, but the lack of ability to update reviews is odd. A user updated a review and I had to log into the Play Console directly to update the response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies the process. Although I only look at app reviews, the fact that it contains almost every social angle is incredible. It all uses the same, simple - yet feature-rich - flow. Looking at just app reviews, it allows you to see all of your apps from both Google and Apple in one place, or to filter out as needed.
We are new users with a profound appreciation for ease of use and comprehensive capability!
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up timing for each post across each platform, coupled with the recommended time for optimal reach and engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I not yet sure, as I am a very new user. Perhaps I can't yet reconnect our Instagram account to the platform and wish that I could reconnect it without help desk support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency
Easy to use for new users.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a very powerful tool that we don't frequently use but see some benefit from different functions. Now that we understand it and have great customer support via our rep, it is a lot easier to use and navigate through. Our department uses it a lot more after some of the personalized walk throughs.
We utilize the posting feature the most but we as a company are looking to use Sprouts reporting feature to determine the type of content that we should be putting out by utilizing the tagging feature. We are able to see what users engage with the most and make decisions about future posting habits.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a very small team and feel like some things aren't necessary to our team right now. It'd be nice to have more customability and be able to hide some functions that we dont have access to or don't utilize the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Spout is helping our team solve is for currently is how to intepret the data that we are getting from Sprout and translating that into usable infomation and make decisions based off of all the analytics
Everything in one Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it encompasses everything in one platform and it is USER FRIENDLY. Many of the programs I use are designer-friendly, which have great functionality but hard to navigate. Sprout makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Maybe get rid of the notifications in the bottom right-hand corner becasue there are buttons hidden by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many problems but as I said, it is an all-in-one platform. I use it for reporting on a daily basis.
Great user friendly platform with a few bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social does a great job organizing, planning and scheduling posts. The reviewal and approval process is easy for those needing to get the thumbs up before posting. As a social media specialist, I use this platform every day. I appreciate how easy it is to post across multiple platforms all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a handful of occasional bugs on the site. I have not been able to use the "post immediately" feature. This is partly because my posts must be approved first. Howver, I wish there was a feature that posted upon approval instead of having to schedule the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves two problems really well. The first is an easy and flexible approval process. The second is multiplatform posting and scheduling.
Great Tool to Easily See, Manage, and Analyze Social Data from Many Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has an easy onboarding process, with reports immediately available for all basic measures for paid campaigns and organic campaigns, split up by network, by post, or aggregated for your company. It's easy to switch between different platforms and dates, add unique views, and the tagging feature easily lets you sort by campaigns and topics. Additionally, the Listening feature is nice to be able to get a bird's eye view of the chatter surrounding your company online; this adds a nice layer to our social reporting outside of our own posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI needs some work. The social sentiment is routinely way off - so much so that we can't use it, though it's a feature we'd really like to have. There have also been some issues with being able to integrate Sprout paid data into Looker and our own internal dashboards (though this may be a legal issue and not a Sprout issue itself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout lets me quickly sort through our social media data to find insights and cultivate strategies. Its ability to zoom as far in (specific posts) and as far out (aggregated metrics for all of our company's platforms) as you want gives it a lot of flexibility to make decisions at all levels.
