Effortless Social Media Management with Smart Scheduling and Inbox Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes managing our social media much more efficient. I really appreciate how simple it is to schedule posts, and the AI assistant for generating alt text is a great help. I also like the new feature that allows you to select multiple messages in the inbox to tag or mark them as complete all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social Listening is quite expensive, and as a smaller financial institution, we have a very limited budget. It would be beneficial if there were a tiered pricing option for organizations with tighter financial constraints. Additionally, the Sprout mobile app could use improvement, as it is much less user-friendly compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easy for me to view all of our posts alongside those of our competitors in a single, convenient dashboard. Being able to compare our performance with others is valuable and helps guide how we plan and implement future posts.

I appreciate Sprout Social’s capability to consolidate all user interactions into a single view. This feature is incredibly beneficial because it allows me to handle multiple user messages as a single conversation, making it significantly easier to track and respond effectively. Additionally, the publication feature is quite advantageous, as it offers recommendations on the optimal times for making posts. This ensures that the content reaches the maximum audience, thereby enhancing engagement and efficiency in managing our social media strategy. The ease of creating custom views for me and my team is another aspect I value, as it makes the tool user-friendly and adaptable to our specific needs. This seamless setup process signifies Sprout Social’s intuitive design, which caters to users needing personalized workflows. All these elements contribute to an overall positive experience, making Sprout Social an indispensable tool in my role for monitoring user interactions and promoting new features effectively.

Smooth, Organized Social Management with Minor Freezing Issues

What I like best about Sprout Social is how smooth and organized it is. It makes managing social conversations simple and helps our team work efficiently every day

Sometimes the system freezes when scrolling through older messages, and it takes extra time to mark messages as open or closed since it can’t be done directly from the main view

Clear Calendar Layout Boosts Creativity, Needs Better LinkedIn Location Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar has a very clear and simple layout, which helps our creative skills while planning content. It is easy to share and seek approvals from our reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can include location-wise follower counts for LinkedIn business pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have trouble downloading reports from the META & LinkedIn directly; the format is not easy to navigate. With Sprout, it is easy for us to download and apply a formula to make it a more detailed version
Time-Saver with Insightful Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting aspect of Sprout Social because it helps me see how our performance is doing on the different platforms, which is very helpful for improving our results.

There is nothing that I dislike.

I find Sprout Social saves time by allowing me to post to all our pages at once and provides valuable reporting insights to improve performance across platforms.
Game-Changer for SMMs, But Needs Direct Facebook Stories Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
How organized it is! As a SMM, it's life changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to share to Facebook stories though sprout even without an IG account

Sprout is helping with reporting and being able to quickly learn about my accounts.
Streamlined Scheduling in Feed, Stories are another Story
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Sprout's calendar feature, it makes posting and scheduling posts streamlined across platforms. It was pretty straight forward to get connected to all of our accounts and just as easy to see metrics. Data is key and Sprout has made making reports much more simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gripe I have with the platform is the inability to post stories on social platforms from the desktop application. The process of sending a push notification to your phone in order to post a story doesn't really streamline the process.

Carousels don't upload the way they are supposed to

It allows us to manage multiple accounts for multiple platforms and post, and gather data as we need and see fit all in one place
Scheduling Feature Makes This a Standout Choice
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling feature and how I can choose the exact date/time based on data recommendations.

Sometimes it takes a long time to load and is hard to translate everything over from our personal system. a little tedious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of being able to plan out my social media content. I no longer have to individually post everything or even remember to do so.
