Effortless Social Media Management with Smart Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a powerful tool that makes managing social media seamless. The user-friendly and intuitive interface and robust scheduling features save time, while the in-depth analytics provide valuable insights. I particularly love the feature that allows you to create different versions of the copy and the option to schedule posts at the optimal time to reach the largest audience. Integration with multiple platforms is smooth, and the customer support is swift, responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Social Listening feature could be more robust, as it doesn’t always provide in-depth results. We often have to apply multiple filters to refine the data, which can be time-consuming. Enhancing the depth of insights and improving filtering efficiency would make this tool even more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline community management, making it easier to engage with our audience efficiently. The smart scheduling feature ensures posts go out at the best times across multiple platforms, maximizing reach and engagement. Additionally, the reporting tools provide valuable insights, allowing us to track performance and optimize our social media strategy effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is new to social media management, I’ve found Sprout Social to be incredibly helpful in getting up to speed quickly. The platform is easy to use and offers a lot of features that make managing multiple accounts feel less overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to customizing reports and utilizing some of the more detailed scheduling features.

Managing multiple accounts with different voices and in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social is our one stop shop for all things social as it relates to publishing, reporting, & CRM. The optimal posting time API has been one of the most useful tools my team has leveraged on a daily basis through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish product team would tweak is the ability to pre-schedule & publish video content through the platform (IG Reels/TikTok)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has an amazing feature that my team uses on a daily basis - the optimal posting time has been a game changer for our socials across all platforms.

It is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It helps me stay organized and get things done quickly so I can focus a majority of my time elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some little details make it a little difficult to post content in batches or run simple reports. The reporting is very elaborate but it can be difficult to find simple data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is saving me a lot of time. I am able to schedule content quickly and efficiently. I am a one person department so time is everything.

Sprout Social allows us to schedule, post and monitor multiple channels across multiple platforms in one place. It's efficient, easy to use, and reliable.

it's easy to navigate, and it puts everything all in one place

posts published natively don't populate in sprout immediately, which is annoying when trying to tag retroactively

Occasionally, our posts fail due to system error.

Sprout Social allows us to post on multiple platforms at once, creates simple link in bio, and summarizes analytics.
Excellent tool for both social media management and advocacy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, reliable executions, detailed reports, and great advocacy platform. It has all the features that you want as a SMM. Customer support is also top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only missing feature from Advocacy is being able to upload a carousel of images at once.

Scheduling content and Advocacy are the 2 main areas of usage for our company. It delivers highly on both especially since we're a global company with posts going live in different time zones

i like the efficiency of it, you can do a lot of things in sprout, best app for customer service that you can use every day

it could be a little slow sometimes especially if multiple people is using it

it efficiently solves the day to day social media brand problems we have like spamming of comments, resolving complaints, it made it easier for consumers to reac out to us
Customer-centric company
What do you like best about the product?
From the sales team to the product trainers to the support staff and account team, I have found everyone at Sprout Social to be customer-focused and all-around good people. They want to serve and please.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find their Listening Package limiting. They charge you a lot to create new listening topics, which has been cost-prohibitive to our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows us to have a robust all-in-one system for enterprise-wide social media management. It's helping us break down silos and the platform allows us to take a more integrated approach to social media as an organization.
