ability to post on multiple platforms simulataneously

not able to post videos or stories on instagram, non uniform cropping abilities, difficult to respond to comments on multiple platforms.

Fantastic Scheduling and Support, Social Listening Could Improve

What do you like best about the product?
The software is so fantastic at scheduling and monitoring all of my accounts. I also greatly appreciate the exceptional support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tool i didn't find to be as useful as I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to manage all my content creators work easily and manage all my accounts in one dashboard.

Intuitive Scheduling and Customization, But Tagging and Reports Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Instagram grid. Customize posts per network. Scheduling is very straightforward and intuitive. Customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging isn't great on LinkedIn and FB. Report is a bit weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media across multiple channels/brands. Improving the brand consistency by having a unified platform for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post on mutiple platforms at one time, not having to create three seperate posts.

It is touch and go when loading the links and the thumbnail image

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Sprout Social, which makes scheduling social posts straightforward. It helps me get historical information about our audience and engagement, and I find it useful to check how we stack up against other agencies in terms of engagement and audience in surrounding states. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes my alt text doesn't show up on photos in Facebook posts

Sprout Social helps me schedule posts and access historical audience and engagement data, making it easy to see how we compare to other agencies in terms of engagement and audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social allows us to see the overall grid layout, which helps us avoid graphic clutter and ensures consistency across our feed. The posting ahead feature is fantastic for keeping our content organized and timely. I especially appreciate the recommended times for posting, as it optimizes our content engagement. The platform provides the convenience of planning out all our social posts across different channels, making it a comprehensive one-stop management tool. The initial setup was very easy, and I really appreciated the onboarding process with the Sprout Social team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the social listening feature in Sprout Social incredibly unhelpful. It fails to pick up on relevant news and instead alerts me to unrelated information, which is disappointing. I feel like I was upsold on this feature without it delivering the expected value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media planning, offering a clear grid layout. It helps maintain a consistent feed and allows efficient scheduling with the posting ahead feature and recommended posting times. It also centralizes our social media management across platforms.

Excellent Analytics, But YouTube Metrics Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics feature is my favorite. I think it's really easy to break down by social platform, content, and time periods. Compared to other social platforms, Sprout makes it really clear to look at all the relevant metrics and also allows you to get even more granular if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's just me, but I don't like that the YouTube metrics don't reflect accurately. Compared to native YouTube analytics, the Sprout data is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to analyze all of our platform performance. It helps me break down content performance which supports new content testing, allows me as a social media manager to test new content effectively. It also helps me look at data by metrics and compares it to different periods which is helpful when tracking campaign performance.

As of now, I haven't found anything that I do not like about it. It's been great!

Sprout has been great in managing all of our different social accounts in one place and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface designs sometimes makes it difficult to find what I am looking for

We needed an easy way to schedule out content in advance for clients and look at how we are doing, Sprout is helping us do all of those things with easy analytic tools and scheduling features
