Efficient Social Media Management with Room for Automation

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social offers many different options and provides lots of insights on posts with its reporting capabilities. The platform helps us save time by organizing content, creating calendars, re-typing hashtags, and designing reports. I appreciate the ability to create campaigns and tags to see specific insights from those campaigns. This feature helps us keep track of the kind of content we are posting each month and allows us to look back at specific tags to evaluate performance and decide on future actions. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Sprout Social can't set automatic replies to reviews or comments. Our company wanted to automate replies to reviews on platforms like Google and TrustPilot, but Sprout Social only allows reviewing and replying, not automating this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts, viewing reports, and social listening. It saves time by organizing content, creating calendars, re-typing hashtags, and designing reports.

Highly Specific Reporting That Makes Leadership Updates Easy

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The specificity of the reporting feature (breakdown by competitors, post type, tags, and KPIs) allows for ease of reporting to senior leadership. From the in-app chat feature and to our designated Sprout representative, communication from Sprout to my team is fast and reliable. Sprout is proactive about identifying the customers' needs, from integrating Bluesky into its platform to allowing LinkedIn PDF uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not specific to Sprout, but API restrictions from different platforms limit our ability to automate social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to have a one-stop shop of historic data, from past post performance to an overview of the topics we have addressed on our social media channels. As an organization that services many industries and fields, it is important to us to utilize our platform to spotlight these groups equitably.

Time-Saving with Room for Improvement

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social allows us to have everything in one place, which saves us time. The ability to post on multiple pages at the same time is a great feature that helps a lot. I appreciate the complete calendar view, which really helps with our schedule and means we don't have to repeat actions multiple times, making the process much more time-saving. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to be connected on two computers at the same time would be really great. Our team as different people in charge of different things and whenever someone logs in, it kicks out the other one and we lose current work. Having the options to be connected on more than one computer or having the 'add a user' option to our quite expensive subscription for a small fee. Important bug : When we're in the calendar and select a single dealership, then click to add a post, the dealership is not selected in the new post. So we really have to be careful each time even though we were in the right calendar/dealership view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves us time by centralizing our social media management. I love posting on multiple pages simultaneously and using the calendar view to manage our schedule efficiently.

Smart Inbox Unified Stream That Drastically Cuts Response Times

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox is easily the standout feature. Instead of jumping between five different tabs to check DMs and comments, everything is in one unified stream. The ability to mark messages as 'complete' makes it feel like a zero-inbox system for social media, which has drastically cut down our response times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant drawback is the per-seat pricing model. At nearly $250+ per user, adding new team members becomes a major budgetary hurdle very quickly. For a mid-sized team, the annual cost can easily reach five figures, which is hard to justify when compared to newer, flatter-priced alternatives that offer similar scheduling features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem: Managing 10+ accounts across 5 different platforms was leading to missed messages, forgotten posts, and "login fatigue."

The Benefit: Sprout acts as our single source of truth. By centralizing everything into the Smart Inbox, we’ve eliminated the risk of missing a customer inquiry. The benefit is a 50% faster response time and a much more cohesive brand voice across all channels

Executive Reporting and Social Listening That Keep Us Ahead

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the executive-level reporting because it doesn’t make me waste hours in Excel. I also like the social listening function, because it helps me identify trends before the competition, which is a great advantage with Sprout Social. I really love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s great for organic work, but I was hoping the management features would be better and more in-depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today, we can see that the approvals flow is running smoothly, and that everything is published under supervision. This helps us a lot to improve our publications and make better data-driven decisions, since it brings trend indicators and everything else together in one place.

Revolutionized Our Social Media Management

  • February 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout Social is how centralized and structured everything feels once your accounts are connected. The biggest advantage is the Smart Inbox. Instead of jumping between platforms, all messages, comments, and mentions are consolidated into one stream. From a workflow perspective, that dramatically reduces context-switching and improves response time. Another strong feature is the analytics and reporting engine. The reports aren't just surface-level metrics—they're presentation-ready, customizable, and segmented by profile, campaign, or time range. That's especially valuable when reporting performance to clients or internal stakeholders. The publishing calendar is also well designed. It provides a clear visual overview of scheduled content across platforms, making coordination easier and reducing overlap or missed posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for integration across platforms and love how centralized it makes everything feel. The Smart Inbox consolidates messages, and the analytics and reporting are customizable and presentation-ready. The publishing calendar also helps coordinate content better.

Keeps Posting Simple and Organized with Easy Scheduling and Calendar Planning

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social fits well into my daily routine because it keeps my posting work simple and organized. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health content, so I regularly share posts about cholesterol, blood pressure, low hemoglobin, diet tips, and basic health awareness. Before using this, I used to post directly from each platform whenever I got time, and many days I missed posting. Now I can prepare posts in one go and schedule them properly.
The calendar view helps me plan my week better. I can clearly see what is going live on which day, so I don’t repeat the same topic back to back. Connecting my LinkedIn and X profiles was straightforward, and I didn’t need any technical help to get started.

I usually use Sprout Social a few times in a week. When I get free time, I draft a few health posts and schedule them ahead. This saves me time during busy clinic hours and keeps my content consistent.

I also check simple performance data to see which health posts get more replies or engagement. It helps me understand what people find useful, so I can improve future posts. it helps me manage my professional content without making things complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calendar and composer feel a bit heavy when I am working on multiple posts at once, and the page takes a moment to respond. Also, when I am scheduling posts, I need to double-check the selected profile because it’s easy to miss if the wrong account is selected. It’s not a big issue, but it slows me down a little during busy times. I’ve had a couple of moments where I had to edit a post again because I selected the wrong profile by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing posts on different platforms used to take extra time because I had to open each app and post separately. It was easy to forget a post or delay sharing something when clinic work got busy. With Sprout Social, I prepare a few health posts at one time and schedule them for LinkedIn and X from one place, so my content goes out on time without daily effort. This helps me stay consistent even on busy days.

It also gives me a clear view of what is already planned for the week, so I don’t repeat the same topic too often. When I see how people react to certain health posts, I adjust the next set of posts. Overall, it reduces manual work and keeps my posting routine more organised and predictable.

AI-Driven Scheduling with Minor Hiccups

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Sprout Social is its AI functionality. I think the AI capability of this platform is superb. It helps me to write my caption and generate ideas. I can either lengthen my caption or shorten it with just a command or a prompt. The AI functionality present in Sprout Social helps a lot in my day-to-day activities. Additionally, I think the initial setup was superb. We had an onboarding manager with us throughout the onboarding process, and they tackled every query with great importance, usually solving it within a maximum of forty-eight hours. That was very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform hangs a bit, which gives a fairly bad experience, as we can't figure out if the post has been scheduled or if any function has been activated. I think that needs to improve a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts in local times, draft captions with AI, and manage UTM codes in CTAs. It helps edit videos and images and offers various other functionalities.

Smart Inbox Keeps Conversations Organized in an Intuitive, Beautiful Interface

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was the Smart Inbox. Sprout centralizes everything in a very clear way and lets you mark messages as completed, which helps me stay on top of conversations. The interface also looks good and feels nice to use. Overall, it’s intuitive software that makes work easier and isn’t cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the learning curve for the social listening aspect feels a bit steep, and it can take some effort to get comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems with reporting, especially since Sprout reports are now so professional that we can send them directly to the client and they look great. Furthermore, collaboration has improved, and errors have been eliminated. In short, it’s a good platform, and it was worth the investment.

Innovative AI Features, Seamless Social Management

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think the AI assist feature looks very cool to me. The UTM coding along with each social caption is a great advantage. It also has a video and image editing tool which marketers can use. The integration with Google My Business is impressive as it allows me to reschedule my posts there, which is not available on many other platforms. I think the feature of pinning my first comment on LinkedIn is also an added advantage. I can share stories through this tool, a feature that other platforms don't really have. These features are great, and they help me align my posts and plan my campaigns better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only area for improvement would be their AI functionality; it needs to be a little better. It's just in a nascent stage where they have just introduced the AI into their tool. But I think it can be far better, and they could have their own platform where they use different kinds of codings and stuff from the Internet, rather than relying on a tool called chat activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts, customize them for each country, and write better captions with AI. It helps identify what posts audiences like and prefer, aligning my social media strategy.
