Essential tool for any marketing team, regardless of size!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to use, love all the integrations and the customer support team have been so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside for us has been the lack of social listening for LinkedIn but it sounds like that's more down to LinkedIn than sprout!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing everything into one place to help with reporting (love the tagging features too).
Streamlines Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for posting across many different platforms from one interface, which helps keep everything organized. The post preview on the right side of the screen is helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issues with the platform are: Profiles can disconnect often due to API issues and you need to reconnect them. Reporting sometimes does not exactly match up with in-platform metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to keep all client profiles organized in one place and scale posting quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Employee Advocacy by Sprout is an essential product. Its a quick and easy way for employees to share company content. I can upload stories with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always think the sprout interface is super user friendly. I sometimes needto check multiple places for what i'm finding.

Helping to get out advocacy, managing multiple channels, and planning content

The scheduling and suggested times tool is fantastic, it allows me to monitor and post over multiple platforms with ease.

Unable to tag users sometimes, which doesn't make scheduling easier.

Clear Interface, Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clarity of Sprout Social's features, as well as the user interface, which makes the platform very pleasant to use on a daily basis. All the essential elements for my work are easily findable, organized in a clear and logical way. Additionally, the initial setup was very clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Sprout Social is behind on updates compared to the APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule my content on various platforms at once and track engagements. The clear and logical interface simplifies this daily management.
Love Sprout, but some things could be better 🧐
What do you like best about the product?
My team loves how involved the Sprout team has been in our success as an agency and taking the time to walk us through step-by-step how to use our tools and get results for our clients.

As with everything there are platform limitations and some tickets we have sent through tend to move slow.

Brand awareness for smaller accounts.

it's helping us monitor public mentions about our company on a daily basis, which then allows us to follow up or escalate as needed
Sprout is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has made it much easier to manage our socials and gather data as a small team. Being able to create a large amount of content and schedule it ahead of time has been a great resource during the busy season. We regularly use Sprout, it's very straightforward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say I "dislike" about Sprout is that we have to regularly reauthorize our accounts. We had a time last year where one of our team members was out of town and we were not able to reconnect our accounts to successfully post our social content, so we had to manually do it.

Content management: Making it easier to post content to multiple platforms all in one place.
Scheduling: Being able to schedule large amounts of content all at one time.
Analytics: Being able to gather and sort data from each platform and present it in an easy to understand format.

Great Scheduling Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been amazing for scheduling posts when you have 5+ clients to manage. They also have a good reporting element that we provide to clients to see channel performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting analytics provided could be a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to manually upload posts for clients.
Great platform for finding creators
What do you like best about the product?
Their discovery and signals tools are very helpful in finding creators for our brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data requires an opt in process from the talents end, not super feasible to have creators opt into the platform for all programs - making data pulling manual.

Ability to find creators and demographics for our brands.
