All-in-One Social Management Platform That Streamlines Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place - social scheduling, reporting, analysis etc. Relatively good value for money. Good customer support features. A good tool that is used daily in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited API for LinkedIn - took a long time to get carousels. Can't publish LinkedIn articles still. The AI functionality is still quite weak in my opinion so room for improvement here. Sprout Advocacy is also relatively limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all analytics into one place without having to navigate to different platforms or profiles. This speeds up our reporting process. It also collates all social media activity (comments etc.) to a central place which helps us keep track of activity better.

Effortless Account Management That Saves Time

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and definitely time saving! when managing different accounts, it is essential to have easy tools to avoid repeating processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to analyse all the collaboration posts manually. It would be super helpful to include them as an element to monitor (reach, non-followers) etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to manage several accounts in different platforms, languages and countries. Sprout helps us manage them easily and saving a lot of time comapred to previous tools used in the past.

Clear planning and evaluations, but some features are missing

What do you like best about the product?
The clear planning of posts on multiple social media channels as well as the detailed evaluations. User-friendly. The customer support is good. The integration of new channels is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing that one would have directly available in the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I do not understand the question.

I enjoy how easy the platform is to use and understand.

Some of the features are a bit overly technical for our business's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media management features are quite effective, and the robust analytics help us mine and understand our data better. It's also convenient that the entire team can use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Sprout Social for its user-friendly interface and how easy it makes managing multiple platforms. The system simplifies scheduling content and allows our entire team to answer comments or questions efficiently from one platform instead of handling each social media separately, which saves a lot of time. The reporting functionality is also very valuable as it eliminates the need to switch between different platforms to gather analytics, making our processes more streamlined. I also appreciate the efficiency of the email communications we receive. At the beginning of our contract, we had an account manager who was very helpful and contributed to our satisfaction with the service, and their involvement was a positive aspect we really valued. Overall, we are genuinely happy with how Sprout Social enhances our workflow, making it easier for us to manage our tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced issues with posts failing over the past few months, which is a problem I hadn't encountered before. Additionally, the lack of contact from our account manager has been a concern, as they haven't reached out to us recently. It would be helpful to have more communication from them. Furthermore, I feel that receiving a longer list of backup codes would improve the login process. Lastly, I am unsure if Sprout Social is keeping up with the forefront of changing technology, which leaves me uncertain about their adaptability to future innovations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social centralizes scheduling and moderating, saving time by avoiding multiple platform logins, and its reporting functionality simplifies content management.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place~ scheduling, metrics, listening
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like metrics aren't always pulling accurate numbers. I have had instances where my colleagues dashboard shows different numbers from mine. Also our profiles get disconnected a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, having everything in one place is crucial. I like that the platform also feels intuitive, and is very easy to navigvate.

Great for Organizing Influencers, But Integration Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have all influencer shortlists in one spot. We can make different groups, and organise this way. Also like the ability to use collab review and give client certain access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is annoying when it doesn't have everyone on the platform. Also even after i've hired and authorised everyone on sprout, they don't pull through on our campaign summary even when they've used hashtags and relevant tags. . Customer support is only available in US timezone so not convenient for us in australia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout takes out some of the manual labour of retrieving stats such as ER, following and demo etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a fairly easy way to access various social media platforms at once and to respond to posts. Additionally, it allows you to quickly diagnose any issues customers are facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find it challenging to access Instagram posts directly, as I am often required to log in separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easy for me to manage several social media accounts and posts, so I don't have to log in to each platform separately. Additionally, it allow you to view multiple accounts on the same platform (such as 2 instagram accounts). As a customer service representative, I mostly use this platform to monitor and respond to comments on Instagram and Facebook.

Being able to schedule on multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it provided more details about analytics and it was easier to navigate. We having been trying to figure out optimal posting times and sorting by which times have been most successful and it's not very easy to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly system to preset social posts, provide visuals on content calendars, and great reporting metrics on performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. It's certainly not inexpensive and needs to be used to justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does a good job of allowing staff to be more strategic in laying out content calendars and learning about performance of campaigns on various platforms and channels.
