Good analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to compare our competitor accounts right there in our analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' t think Sprout has any control, but I hate when I have to reconnect my accounts and forget to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage multiple accounts on my team, so being able to look at all of the accounts in one place is super helpful.
Sprout has significantly enhanced our social media campaigns and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics are by far the strong suit. Easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of grid planning for Instagram specifically in current plan, it feels like this should be a baseline feature. Pricing structure is hard for small nonprofits to scale team members if volunteers are in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing an effective workflow for media scheduling and release.
Centralized Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social helps centralize and streamline our social media management. It solves the problem of juggling multiple platforms by providing one place to schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, and respond to messages across channels. I like the ease of use and really value the Smart Inbox, scheduling calendar, and reporting tools. The Smart Inbox makes it easy to manage and respond to messages for different platforms in one place, the calendar helps us plan and stay consistent, and the reporting tools provide clear insights we can easily share with stakeholders. Getting setup was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is strong, but customization can be limited depending on what metrics or formats you want. The platform can also feel expensive for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social centralizes our social media management, streamlining scheduling, publishing, and engagement across platforms. I value the Smart Inbox for easy message management, the scheduling calendar for consistency, and reporting tools for clear stakeholder insights.
Using Sprout is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and reporting are so, so easy with Sprout. The reports are detailed and provide good insight that my managers love. I use it all day, every day. Sprout's customer support team is very communicative and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to connect Bluesky accounts, and sometimes post failures can be vague in terms of what caused it. Posting scheduled videos to Instagram always gives me problems as well if they are over 1 minute long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me hours per day by allowing me to schedule content instead of manually posting, in addition to allowing me quick access to really valuable data about our social performance.
Sprout Social is user friendly, but not very easy to integrate with other analytical tools
What do you like best about the product?
Clear interface, easy to navigate and pull the data on the posts, filtering options are great
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing the information how to pull and integrate the data in other reporting platforms (other than Sprout Social), we cannot use the data from Sprout Social except in the Sprout Social itself and it's not comparable to other data (for instance, to GA4 data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides a user-friendly way for non-data-focused teams to easily assess performance.
User friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used Sprout Social for Community Management. It is a very easy to use tool. Also they have a great support team, that responds quickly and friendly to inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even more user friendly, if I could see full conversations as one flow.
Also it would be nice to have a more easy function to tag certain profiles longterm (vs. having to create a rule for that with every new category).
Also it would be nice to have a more easy function to tag certain profiles longterm (vs. having to create a rule for that with every new category).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where we are mentioned across all Social Media Channels.
Exactly what I need it for
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics is amazing, goes back to a long time ago and has graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the resizing for scheduling can be challenging. Logging in is sometimes challenging as well when having more than 1 person logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information from analytics, and helping consolidate scheduling as in not having to schedule individually.
Better than other social media platforms I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is user-friendly and has everything I need it one place. Some of my favorite things about Sprout are its integrations with bit.ly, canva, and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout lacks some of the finer details when it comes to publishing capabilities, such as first comment for all platforms, using polls on IG and LI, and setting a cover for reels and videos from the video itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting our content and reporting
Great all-rounder for various social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes me much more efficient at sharing social media content using the ability to share to multiple platforms simultaneously. The process to add accounts is simple and also incorporates several features unique to each platform such as collaborations and playlists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are available in full. Instagram collaborations are limited to three accounts rather than the full five, and you can only choose one of 20 suggested preview frames for a video instead of a specific frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater efficiency by sharing posts simultaneously. Easy to look at all content shared on all platforms in one place. Also good for community management with direct messages.
A Must for Agency Owners
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency owner juggling multiple clients, I’ve tried my fair share of social media management platforms and Sprout Social is the one I’ve stuck with. It just works in a way that feels seamless and intuitive, which is saying a lot after testing some of the more budget-friendly options out there.
What I love most is how easy it is to manage all of my clients in one place without feeling overwhelmed. The interface is clean, the workflow makes sense, and the learning curve is minimal. The branded reporting is also a huge plus. Clients love it, and it saves me so much time.
Their link-in-bio tool is another great feature that I haven't seen with other schedulers. It makes content feel more cohesive and professional, and it’s one less third-party tool I have to worry about.

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, no platform is perfect. I’ve run into occasional tech hiccups, especially with push notifications, and I’d really love to see a way to pre-schedule story links instead of manually publishing them. Hopefully that's something they add in the future.
It’s definitely on the pricier side, but in my opinion, the time saved and the quality of features are well worth it. If you’re managing multiple brands or clients and want something polished and reliable, Sprout Social is hard to beat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has honestly helped me get my life back a little when it comes to managing social for multiple clients. Before, I was bouncing between different tools and tabs just to stay on top of content, approvals, engagement, and reporting. Now it’s all in one place and it actually feels manageable.
One of my favorite features is the content calendar and approval workflow. Being able to send posts through a review pipeline for feedback or approval (without a million back-and-forth emails) has been a game-changer. It keeps my team and clients aligned, and it saves so much time.
The reporting tools are also a huge win. Being able to quickly generate beautiful, keeps my clients in the loop and cuts out hours of manual work. And I love that they have a link-in-bio tool built right in because it’s one less third-party thing I need to manage, and it keeps everything feeling seamless.
