Great to use for Reputation Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the inbox feature and the way you can duplicate posts. It is easy to teach people to use and implement it among the team. I have not used the customer support feature, but i use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it is difficult to connect to social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with our reputation management for our social media accounts by putting everyone in one place.
Ease of Use for the Win
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social since 2011 and cannot think of ever using something else again. It's intuitive, easy to use, and always evolving for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Meta analytics lump in paid and organic together unless you pay for premium. The metrics are unusable unless I pull post stats manually into a spreadsheet and do the math myself. And premium does not feel like it should cost $10k/month. Most of it should come out of the box and the other parts I can live without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to post to all of our social media channels quickly, keep track of engagement and respond in a timely manner. I can do all of that and more in Sprout Social.
Easy to Use, Helpful for My Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Sprout is to use. We have rotating interns, and I never have to do a detailed training. They can always just understand what they need to do from basic instructions. The analytics are helpful. The features are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duping posts for other profiles can be time consuming, because I don't want someone to have to approve every version, but I don't wan to have to go back and duplicate it every time. I wish I could add profiles to approved posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics and a dedicated space to send and receive everything.
Powerful, but requires study
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful, flexible, and almost infinitely customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to complex layering of set up, sometimes the output needs to be carefully considered to get a proper understanding of what it's reporting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is allowing us to monitor consumer's conversations about our products, including product features, their competitive sets, strengths and weakness, conversation trend monitoring and where the conversation is happening.
Streamlined Social Media Management with Monitoring Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social makes scheduling and monitoring social media posts straightforward, saving my communications team valuable time. The monitoring capabilities are particularly beneficial, greatly simplifying the task of managing multiple social media channels. I find the integration with Canva useful for creating and uploading content seamlessly. The overall convenience, ease of use, and comprehensive features make it a tool I would consider purchasing again in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Sprout Social currently lacks the ability to schedule video content, such as videos and reels, which is something essential for managing multimedia posts effectively. Additionally, I'd appreciate it if the platform could enhance its monitoring capabilities to make the oversight of specific social channels more straightforward.

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts, monitor social media, and receive feedback in a central location, saving our communications team time and simplifying daily tasks.

I like how Sprout Social makes managing multiple social media accounts easy in one place, with clean reports and scheduling.

It can be pretty expensive, especially for small teams, and some features feel limited unless you upgrade

Sprout Social helps organize, schedule, and track social media content across platforms. It saves me time, keeps posts consistent, and gives clear insights into what’s working so I can adjust strategy fast.
Your all-in-one social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Switching from a different social media management app, Sprout Social offers features especially useful for corporate media channels, that other platforms are missing.It offers advanced analytics and listening, needed to evaluate social media campaigns. Sprout Social Employee Advocacy tool is also incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Sprout Social in a large corporate, with offices all around the world. This means, that each office communicates on social separately with appropriate geotargetting on the main channel. This makes it incredibly hard to navigate the Calendar dashboards, since there are tens of posts scheduled for every day. There is no option to filter the dashboard by country (geotargetting), or scheduled posts by yourself. You also cannot search for them using keywords, which makes locating a particular scheduled post very hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Sprout Social during the year of 2025 and have been employing it amongst our colleagues. The feedback has been great so far, as Sprout Social offers way more advanced analytical and social listening tools than the competing platforms. We can quickly and easily evaluate our reach, impact and calculate the investment vs results.
Effortless Social Media Management with Comprehensive Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's comprehensive reporting capabilities, which made our decision to switch from Corros easier. I appreciate the platform's ability to integrate all our social media accounts, allowing us to manage incoming messages and comments efficiently in real time. The pricing is also a significant factor, offering good value for the robust features provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the different workflows posed a challenge, requiring a fair amount of learning and verification to ensure proper connections and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product integrates multiple social media platforms, enabling real-time message management and comprehensive data review, enhancing our ability to respond and tag efficiently.

the ability to have multiple profiles and the ability to pull reports.

it constantly disconnects profiles which impact reporting, unable some platform features when scheduling, not use friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none right now but customer service experience has been the absolute worst.
Thorough, multi-pronged tool that has great process flow for teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I had never used Sprout before coming to my current organization, and I was pleased with all the features that it offered and the depth of information that it was capable of sharing. The great thing about it is that you can use as much or as little of the info as you want without having to wade through anything. As a team of one that staggers social content creation and scheduling to just a handful of days per month, I can easily use what I need to use without trying to summarize or dig for those features. If I wanted to do a deep dive, the reports and information/stats are right there for me, too. Workflows seem like they would be very easy to implement, though we do not use that feature currently. I like that it is fairly painless to integrate the different social channels, and you can do pretty much anything you need to do within the interface / without needing to log in to one of the apps. All in all, it has been good for what our organization needs it for and I would recommend it if someone asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there may be too much there for organizations that are a Marketing (or whichever department) team of 1 or 2. Sprout is great for big teams and has a nice handle on helping with process flows, but there are just too many features for an individual user to make use of on their own (especially if they are not solely focused on social media and are responsible for other tasks / don't have the time to devote to digging in).
It was difficult to get customer service to help us with transferring ownership of our account to a new user after our previous account admin left the company and was not replaced for a period of time. Ultimately we figured out a work-around, but understanding that there are company hand-offs (in organizations that don't have robust teams managing social), there should be a simpler way to transfer ownership of the account.

It is helping us simplify and speed up the process of executing a social media strategy for our company. We have a small team that works on social, so speed is of the essence as they have other tasks to complete as well and don't have a ton of spare time to go in and out of various sites when posting content.
