What do you like best about the product?
I find IBM Apptio to be very user-friendly, which enhances my experience significantly. The willingness of the agents and engineers to offer assistance whenever necessary is something I truly appreciate, as it ensures I can always get help when I encounter challenges. Additionally, I am impressed by the capabilities of IBM Apptio, especially highlighted during a recent conference, which encourages me to utilize it even more extensively. In my personal experience, it simplifies reporting processes, making it easier and more efficient to generate and analyze reports. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, making the transition to using IBM Apptio smooth and stress-free. Given all these positive aspects, I confidently rate my likelihood of recommending IBM Apptio to others as a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by IBM Apptio being slow when saving data. This issue is exacerbated by the fact that if I click out of the tab before the save is complete, it does not retain the entry, causing additional frustration and inefficiency in my workflow.

I use IBM Apptio for project tracking and budgeting, and it provides better reporting and transparency in technology cost ownership. It's user-friendly, making reporting easier, although data saving can be slow.

Moreover, the initial setup process was lengthy and complicated, particularly in achieving the correct level of allocation and cost pool categorization, which could be improved for a smoother onboarding experience.

The setup process for IBM Apptio was not bad at all, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with the benefits it brings to my work, which is why I would highly recommend IBM Apptio to others, giving it a perfect recommendation score of 10.
