Centralized and Dependable for Property Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Smartsheet provides a centralized storage solution for all our property-related documents, making it easy for both myself and corporate to access and review files, even from out of state. I love its straightforward functionality, which is beneficial for holding and sharing essential company documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to centralize and store all our property-related data, enabling corporate access and streamlining information sharing across states.
Great no-code platform for workflows and process management.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great tool to modernize your spreadsheet data. You can easily use formulas like you do in Excel, and transform that data into workflows, live and interactive reports, and dashboards to help consolidate data and processes from all over the place into one great location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are somewhat limited, and custom forms for editing existing data do not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Smartsheet for managing HR processes including performance reviews, application tracking, onboarding tasks, and employee changes. We are also using it to track and report on Safety Incidents and countermeasures. We have utilized Forms, Reports, Workflows, Document Generation, and Dashboards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves any issues you might have for keeping track of repair orders
Smartsheet has been nothing but fantastic to use when organizing different types of workspaces.
What do you like best about the product?
How the app can organize different workspaces. Very ideal when having multiple workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside would be having to hit the save button after every use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting to me as I have to use 5 different workspaces. This app allows me to store all of them together.
Good tool, Poor Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Good tool, functional as a standalone software, and very easily integrated via bots or in some cases directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service is appalling. Don't miss the 'pre-renewal' notice period for changes. Last year we missed the 30day notice, and they had randomly increased our prices per licence (even thought the website showed significantly less) and there was no way of amending the number of licenses once you were within 30days of the renewal date. Customer Service were far from helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving Less as we have implemented and ERP that absorbs a number of the functions we were previously relying on Smartsheet For. Currently, it is mainly information collation & reporting.
Reliable and Flexible Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how versatile Smartsheet is. It combines the familiarity of spreadsheets with the power of project management software, making it easy to track tasks, timelines, and responsibilities in one place. The collaboration features are excellent where everyone can see updates in real time, attach documents, and leave comments, which keeps communication clear and projects moving forward. The templates are also a big time saver, and the automation rules help cut down on repetitive admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the more advanced features take a bit of time to learn, especially for new users. The interface can feel a little crowded if you’re working with very large projects. That said, once you get the hang of it, it becomes a very powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us bring all our project information into one place so nothing gets lost in email threads or scattered spreadsheets. It solves the challenge of keeping multiple teams aligned by providing clear visibility of timelines, responsibilities, and progress. The ability to automate reminders and updates means we spend less time chasing tasks and more time actually getting work done. Overall, it’s improved accountability, reduced miscommunication, and given us more confidence that projects will stay on track and deadlines will be met.
Smartsheet is my anchor!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Smartsheet for about eight years. It has transformed the way I perform my work and has enabled me to make a positive impact on my colleagues and the organizations at which I have worked. I find it intuitive and user friendly. I am self-taught and have been able to create robust dashboards, reports, automations, etc. with the help of the online community and Smartsheet help. I've also been able to use Smartsheet for initiatives that aren't necessarily "project management" like creating systems for employee engagement groups and other "out of the box" functionality. I use Smartsheet daily and it is the way I organize my projects, my own work lists, and sometimes the work of my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas can be tricky (though AI is helpful). I wish fewer things were an integrated app, and just part of the platform - like Data Shuttle. The dashboards could provide a bit more functionality and customization capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not currently have an employee engagement group management system, so Smartsheet is providing a way to manage those groups (i.e. membership rosters, membership counts, dashboard, surveys, etc.). It is also providing a way for my colleagues to upload and track in-progress contracts. I will soon be using Smartsheet to provide a means of gathering continuous improvement ideas.
A very efficient and organized way to source your resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitively way to book resources and to edit their projects. You can change the time, project or even resource entirely with just one click, it's very efficient. The teaching part is a breeze, I've been onboarding people for years, and this is the platform we spend less time reviewing, since is the easiest. We use it multiple times a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside, I really like working with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource management, time management, sharing resources across regions of the world.
Clean, concise, and reliable software with room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet formulas are fairly easy to incorporate into a sheet and reference other sheets/data. The look and feel of the website and app is smooth. Workspaces are helpful and the "Forms" feature is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet limits what values/content you may include in each cell of a sheet. It does not operate like Microsoft Excel - where you may incorporate an image or document into a cell - which took some time to get used to. I wish the cells were a bit more flexible. Also, the "Dashboard" and "Forms" features, while great, do not have much variety in terms of font and theme options. It would be nice to have more options to tailor and customize the Forms and Dashboard spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes project groups stay on task and meet deadlines. I value the notification features and the ability to invite secure collaborators to the worksheets. We access and manage sensitive information, and I find the security better than some other CRM software.

I like that there are different ways to ask questions and the way it is formated.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't think there's any negative things about it. I haven't had any difficulties navigating it.

Convenience of filling it out and that everything is straightforward.
