Easy to learn software. I love the automation aspect which is a game changer for small businesses. Using AI in the tool to create difficult formulas was a real value add last year!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike but if i could pick anything small it would be primary column not being able to be deleted.

Currently using SS to house our compliance register shared across our division.

Could use a little more customisation options similar to what excel have

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's has really helped me at my company make process improvements in communication. The learning curve is very easy especially with the resources available.

I think if there are more user-friendly templates that could be helpful.

I wish I could have an archive of line items in my project plans. When a line item is set to complete I wish it would automatically move that line item into an archived section

Keeping track of inventory of vaccines and injectable medications, it is benefiting our office by making sure we know what is administered/disposed/expired.
