Easy to Use for Sharing Tasks, but Versioning Isn’t Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that is easy to use, like a nice combination from Excel and Microsoft Project, plus the ability to share and assign tasks to others is really useful. I also like a lot the different options for visualization, it makes life easier compared to what we were using before. The fact we can integrate as well with other tools/software we use as company also makes it very attractive. I had no issues so far with size of files, so it handles well small and bigger files. The training given to team in the company so far has been enough for them to be able to train us and answer all our questions as users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like versioning, it's not super intuitive and requires further training. I haven't tried yet AI integration, but I'm limited on that by company AI links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS is helping me keeping track of project timelines and enables me to share with the team, with different visualization options. At same time, saves me time as I can assign the tasks to the work packages leads, allowing them to go in and update the timelines on their own timing and without me be responsible to update everything, which is especially important with people in different timezones.
Easy and Flexible, but Too Expensive for Many Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and flexible. I like how customizable it is, and I’ve found it very helpful overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive, which makes me less inclined to recommend it. especially to businesses that can’t afford the added overhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My day-to-day tasks get done more efficiently, and as a result, coordination and communication have improved.
Customizable Ease with Minor Workflow Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet easy to use and customizable, which really suits my workflow needs. I appreciate the ability to make my own headers, and it's helpful that I can assign certain values to each column based on what the header is titled. The initial setup was very easy, making it convenient for my team to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clearing up completed items in Smartsheet doesn't go through and requires an admin to step in and manually clear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet for visualizing workload turnover, and it's easy to use and customizable.
Empowers Project Managers with Efficient Dashboard Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can create my Smartsheet into a dashboard, and it automatically feeds it and updates accordingly. This feature saves me time. The initial setup of Smartsheet was easy, so I can't complain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the restriction that since I work in such a big organization and there is a cost per user regarding licensing, my entire team sometimes doesn't get all the features I have. I'm not sure if there is already an option for an affordable, enterprise-wide price for enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet keeps me organized, helps me track milestones and tasks, and the dashboard with automatic updates saves me time.

I find Smartsheet easy to use. It helps me keep track of our tasks, and the spreadsheet feature is particularly helpful for managing my tasks. The initial setup was easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and the option to include large files.

I wish my company would allow integrations with other software we use- that I from what I understand are possible.

Ease of information in different formats in one place
Streamlines Document Management, Accessible Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for tracking our project installations and sharing drawings. I like that it organizes everything to help me keep things straight. I also like that anyone can access it from anywhere, providing a place for all of our employees to reference details about projects in real time and store information that we can share with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is it can be slow to load things, slower than other websites. It's mostly the sign in process, it seems to be more complicated than other sites. I think there was a learning curve and many people had to teach us how to use it.

I use Smartsheet for tracking project installations, sharing drawings, and filling out quote forms. It organizes everything, allows real-time access for employees, and lets us share information with clients.

Sometimes formulae don't work and it messes up the table

I appreciate that Smartsheet is easy to use, making it straightforward to schedule large complex projects and allocate owners. I like that it's online, allowing it to be shared and modified easily. It's also easy to set up, which has been helpful for our team.

The resource planning side is limited. It's hard to track resources when there are tasks with multiple people involved.

Action-Triggered Email Notifications Keep Everything on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Email Notification is triggered for each required action, including new comments, checkbox being ticked, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some filters can't be applied to certain columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been utilized for majority of operations including tags and rotations updates, issue resolution, activation suppport, etc.
