Smartsheet has changed our work lives!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dashboard. We use to present our HR data to the Management Team and it looks great. It's very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a feature that I still would like to see in Smartsheet, I tried to create a calendar and link to Google, however, it only shows the date, and the time hasn't been populated. I had to create a manual alternative, but I would like to see this feature on Smartsheet if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The processes in general. It really helped us to improve our internal processed.
Smartsheet - the name says it all
What do you like best about the product?
We use Smartsheet as work management software and use it to manage around 600 live jobs at any one time. It has been great getting everything into one place where the whole team can collaborate and manage jobs. It's ability to be shared through reports with our tradespeople around the country has also improved our business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing unhelpful or that I dislike about Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were unable to keep job information in one place, especially items which are now attachments in Smartsheet. The ability to get reminders when thresholds are met and the automation functions have been particularly useful. The dashboard function is also helpful as we now have an immediate snapshot of our performance and the status of all our live jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of function that is very good for project management without having to expend a lot of money for the specific software and the integration is fairly straight forward
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of editing setting that is hard to operate. It is suitable for web presentations, but final production is not very easy to change if you need to print a hard copy. Such as, the programme time frame can not be adjusted, so end up having to print countless pages of waste papers

Project and task management, monthly project reporting, cash flow and easy-to-share information to stakeholders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the personnel reports cannot be executed automatically and a manual process needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Smartsheet for tracking tasks and purchases for our company. It is a fantastic tool for keeping many duties organized and together in one easy form.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the form function for sheets is very basic; there isnt many logic options to make jumps, and you cant integrate other apps, like you can with Jotform. If the form function was improved, I could see this app being utilized more in our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our purchasing department has struggled in the past to keep all requests in one orderly file, Smartsheets has completely solidified their operations and made their work easy to maintain and accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a very helpful tool in organizing our team's information, providing visibility and prioritization in managing project workload, and generating dashboards to visualize our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the "card view" a lot and it would be helpful to be able to slide the cards to other locations in the view and easily move them by dragging and dropping. Minor tweak, but it would be easier to rearrange that way vs going into the card to change the data to move it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been the platform for our workload Intake process as well as workload and task management. We have created Executive Sponsor workload views as well and connected multiple Smartsheets to better link data and have overall visibility.
Smartsheet is a powerful workhorse with a quick and intuitive learning curve.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which you can input data into multiple spreadsheets and then put them together to make reports and dashboards without any knowledge of the coding that is going on behind the scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
With such a powerful program it is a little disappointing when simple stuff is missing. For instance, you cannot change the formatting of the entire background of a report or dashboard. You can only change formatting if you go out to the main Smarthseet it is pulling data from. On top of this, you can't change the look of certain title bars at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our ISO 9001 requirements year to year. We have also started using it to supply data to a dashboard screen to keep track of in-process jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets helps me organize my tasks, breaks them down into subtasks and set goals. It allows me to collaborate on projects, enforce deadlines and stay on track. I can add sample documents for succession planning (or reminding myself how I did it previously), attach draft or final documents, link to websites, etc.
I've really enjoyed having a tool that puts together the best of several other software tools, into one powerhouse. Its nice to have everything all in one place.
The automation makes my work so much easier! Getting reminders or sending them automatically to colleagues is a great way to keep on track.
I can't wait to discover more about what Smatsheets can do!

What do you dislike about the product?
Though it looks similar to other spreadsheet programs, it does not have the same capacity for formulas or keyboard shortcuts. I find myself frequently copy/pasting, when other programs have quick keys that could do it for me. Same for entering dates, or repeating an item already on the list. It would be nice if it could auto-suggest previous entries from the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes a task list amongst several administrators. It allows us to get on the same page and collaborate on timelines. It also allows us to freely move between a task list and a calendar. Integrating those two tools saves so much time!
Robust web interface to your data with great number of features to keep communications organized.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are Conditional Formatting and Smart Workflows. The integration between forms and notifications appears seamless, as it has been a true saver where it comes for keeping track of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smarthseet UI is an eye candy already. Perhaps allowing "dark" color schema would be great for those who like the looks of it. Another useful feature for me would be an easy way to save a copy of the smartsheet with an option to have all attachements in a corresponding subfolder.

Easy to use tool that can accomplish multiple business goals
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and intuitive. So it is easy to spin up a new sheet/form in just a few minutes. The logic built into the form is also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality feels limited at times. Sometimes I want to do more complex things in the sheet that just aren't possible. And while the form features are easy to use - I can also find them limiting

Easy collaboration via single sign on. It is used to build out an integrated events calendar. I have used it multiple times for both internal and external data gathering as well
