For project management and collaboration, it can't be beat.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows for collaboration with large-scale teams unlike other services. From the integrations to automation, cross-functional work is easier and performs better than comparable Microsoft Office products. Project management, calendars and kanban-style boards can all work in conjunction with automated updates and shared data to create powerful reporting or data distillation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hurdle is adjusting to the change. Although you may be familiar with how many of the formulas or functions work in excel, the terminology and syntax is different. Luckily, there is good documentation to help you learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows our team to have intercontinental collaboration through calendars and data delivery. It's also allowed us to keep references and data in central location for anyone to find. No more, "do you have that sheet bookmarked?" I can also incorporate important calendar data into to-do lists, send out email notifications automatically, and provide high-level performance data to stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I am delighted to share my experience with smartsheet.com as I write this review. This platform has truly impressed me with its remarkable feature - the ability to incorporate live data from online forms. Designing custom forms and dashboards has become a breeze, allowing me to present dynamic and easily comprehensible data effortlessly. A standout aspect of smartsheet.com is its versatility; it enables me to tailor different views of the same data to cater to diverse audiences. Thanks to this capability, data is no longer stagnant but instead becomes actionable and alive. Smartsheet has undoubtedly elevated my data management and presentation game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet's reporting and filtering features may require some initial investment of time and effort to set up effectively with raw data. There is indeed a learning curve associated with the tools. However, once you become proficient and master the capabilities, this product can work wonders for you. My advice is to be patient and take the time to learn the ins and outs, as the payoff in what you can achieve with Smartsheet is genuinely remarkable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am thrilled to share how this product has revolutionized our security operations and enhanced our team's safety. With its capability to record and continuously update security incidents, we can easily feed this data into a dynamic and real-time security dashboard. The level of visibility the dashboard provides to all team members is truly invaluable. Our 24/7 facility operates seamlessly as everyone stays informed about ongoing activities and incidents, thanks to the automation and reporting features offered by Smartsheet.com. The peace of mind and efficiency this tool brings to our security processes are beyond compare!
Fantastic product for getting stuff done especially with remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create complex business processes without writing a single line of code. Our teams now has incident management, task management, project management, and reporting all done via Smartsheet. It also offers excellent intergrations and one of my favorite is the Data shuttle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any real downsides but if I were to pick one product that isn't as good as its competitors - it is forms. Smartsheet should look to build something closer to Jotform. Its the small things: ability to save form data especially with longer forms, more field types, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Incident management: My team is responsible for our CRM Master Data. We have used Smartsheet to build an incident management system which enables us to catalog, analyze, manage, and fix data issues. It also helps create standard outputs using document generator.
2. Task management: I have a remote and distributed team of about 30 people and Smartsheet allows us to easily manage task for the team and create reports.
3. Project management: We are managing our full project portfolio on Smartsheet.
4. Workflow Management: Several of our workflows now live on Smartsheet. Including request intake process.

More than Impressed
What do you like best about the product?
Is not your usual spreadsheet, it goes beyond that, that amount of options, and the easy you can configure a cell to do certain stuff is amazing, very intuitive, a couple of clicks and you are doing stuff you wouldn't imagine
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad comment from my part, so far, everything that I have had dlthe knowledge to apply it works fantastic, sadly I haven't had the time to learn more on how to use moremofnthe tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all my team members activities on track, fullfil target delivery, communication of tasks with other teams, have evidence on record, the list could go on and on, this tool is great
Best way to keep a company organized
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been keeping our company's projects organized for almost 2 years. They make it very simple to keep track of our projects status and the app also makes it very convenient t to access permits and other informations out on the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the price is a bit high, the investment is definitely worth it, it would be nice to not have to pay for each add on or upgrade. We wanted a different type of tracker but it was a bit out of the budget. But I was glad I was able to convince my manager to renew the contract for another year.

Keeping track of project status and progress. The fact that smartsheet allows us to keep all documentation all in one place, we can close out a project faster. It has been keeping us organized and more productive.
Amazing Time Management Tool: Smart Sheet

SmartSheet has allowed me to organize all my clients and stakeholders onto one file that is constantly saved and updated by everyone involved

Not too accessible for other memebers without admin privilages

Lack of organization for my projects. Everyone is using Excel and there are always outdated files being presented when the latest updates were not shared with the team. SmartSheet is now allowing everyone to be on the same page with the most up to date file
Smarsheet is an incredible tool and it will be the future for the project management softwares
What do you like best about the product?
I coincide with my collegues that smarsheet is very useful to manage our entire projects and activities, you can open smarsheet everywhere and everytime, so it makes it very flexible to check out the current status, you can monitor the advance of each project and your supervisor can see your advances everyday even if you are not present, additionally you can generate any time of report to show it at any meeting or presentation
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed that if you want to create something new it is not easy to check out the capabilities of smarsheet so it would be very appreciated if you could create some videos for new features step by step, in orderto have a base to star up with this new features, that way we would learn more quickly

smarsheet is making life easier for any Professionist, because we used excel in the past to fill out data, manage our tasks and projects, create reports,etc. but now smarsheet is revolutionating the world and we can set up activities and projects very easily and quickly, right now we have more tools and features to change the way we did things in the past, now we can be more productive

What I like most is smarsheet is very intuitive,you can manage any project and break it down into tiny activities that way you can track your progress more efficiently and you can be more productive,additionally you can check out the status of each tem member.

What I dislike is sometimes when Im using smarsheet in google edge it crashess for a while when a swich the sheet where im currently working on, I dont know it this happens only to me but it is kind of annoying, hopefully you can hel me out with this

smarsheet is solving the time needed to manage a bunch of activities and projects because it takes us too much time setting up each activity and synchronizing each one with the team member's activities, you can get reports anytime and vcreate charts of the current projects for your managers, thos activities in the past took us most part of our time, right now we can be more productive `and everybody has realized about it

Using smartsheet has streamlined how we receive and handle tasks. Its automation features allow us to manage the entry of multiple data using a single status cell. Its integration with software lets us better manage our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up until now I haven't found any issues. The only thing I would like is to have more variety in its outomation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We employ Smartsheet using a Task manager with data from web forms and a Dashboard and project management planner. This improves our engagement and helps us to better manage our resources.

Right now Smarsheet is very useful by all my team members, it help us too much to organize and manage our entire activities of the week,month and year, it makes your goals easier and faster, you dont have to worry about time to manage your daily projects

right now the only thing I dont like is the connectivity with other softwares like excel is not posible or at least for me I dont know how to do it, it would be great to get data from excel sheet because it was the software used in the past

the problem of organizing activities,tasks and projects for each team member, because you have to check the worker's availibility and the current status of every activity, here you have all data and you can pick that information to set up the whole schedule for everybody
