User friendly and offers many features that is needed for my day to day job
What do you like best about the product?
I like the notification it sends depending on the due date which helps missing deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Pretty good tool to use on a daily basis

It helps map the process. Map the projects and their timeline as well help with deadlines. Defienlty more productive
Efficient Team Application for the Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool on Smartsheet is the ability to attach files to rows of data and share confidential or sensitive documents to internal team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside? There is no downside with the desktop and mobile version of Smartsheet. Members can take there business info on the go and quickly glance at important info in the field or at the work site!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thousands of documents floating in your brain? Smartsheet allows users to organize data and create as many columns or rows of info as needed AND assists in setting real time calendar reminders days, months or even years in advance for highly important and time sensitive document renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an excellent tool for project management, offering substantial flexibility in accommodating extensive user collaboration. Its real-time updates significantly enhance the accuracy of project tracking, assisting project managers in maintaining project adherence. Additionally, the automation workflows are excellent. Users can effortlessly set reminders, automate personalized email communications, generate PDFs, facilitate approval processes, and more, all consolidated within a single interface.

What do you dislike about the product?

Very Good but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is formatted like a spreadsheet. It is mostly easy to navigate but the copy and past feature needs more work. Overall, I find it undifficult to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better translation and easier to see what has been writte in German translated to English. I would also like to see more ease with the copy and paste functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is making it easier for me to see leads that the orgnizer would like me to manage and when I contact them, I am able to update the sheets with my activity.
I also enjoy that once a client has taken an action and the agency has updated on their side, I get to see that almost immeditally.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great tool to help you stay organized for any type of project planning needs. It has a wide variety of features that enable you to tailor your Smartsheet to your exact project needs such as gant charts, tables, forms, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can find small limitations in Smartsheet such as hyperlinking an email address in a form. Another feature I wish Smartsheet had is if you could set permission levels of visibility on only specific columns or rows in a Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet saves me hundreds of emails a year through their automations feature. I use automations for a document review process and with this feature, I don't have to send an email to the next person in the review process and have the automation do so instead.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that the users which do not have an active licence can only read a share document, and cannot write. I do think it will be better for the team not part of my project team to be able to log write an update when a request for an update is sent to them but currently they just respond to my email and I add their update later.
Maybe not related to Smarsheet, I will look into upgrading the package for my team to be able to read and write

what I like the most about the program is the ease of the shortcuts and how visually pleasing it is

I think that as any program can be polished, this could be a bit fast when adding things

The best quality of Smartsheet is with the modern solutions that it provided in managing and tracking projects. the tracking can send an alert to the users for any changes to the status of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spreadsheet is not very good at retaining data. No complex operation can be done and lacks features to use for larger datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a platform to collaborate with clients, especially regarding project tracking and monitoring. Clients can join the project process and give their input on the process.
Cool features for a modern project management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet can be accessed by any device since the platform is web-based. It eliminated the conventional problem that needing to install the software on a workstation and not being flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no specific issues that I dislike with Smartsheet. There are some glitches in the file-uploading system, but it is not too serious.

Effective and efficient project planning and execution. Modern features let some of the operations in autonomous mode and no manual work need to complete the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is our new project manager that is accessible and easy to operate. We can prioritize the task on the projects and assign the correct user roles for the task automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any error or problem while operating Smartsheet. It is one of the few software that is highly praised by our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto sorter helps me to arrange newly added tasks and copy the same task properties of the project to the new task automatically. It has saved time for management.
