Ease of collection requests from students.
What do you like best about the product?
The eforms that allow our students to submit requests that we can track and be alerted to allows for better office efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating sheets and forms can often be difficult from the ground floor, however once you have a template, it becomes simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing a user friendly way for students/customers to submit requests allowing for our office to track these requests semesterly.

The thing I like most about Smartsheets is how it organizes our workflow so that you can keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose the biggest downside is just the learning curve involved.

It solves issues that involve keeping track of jobs and their status.

Smartsheet organizes, updates and alerts me to all outstanding tasks. It is our go-to tool each week for our project updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I particularly dislike about Smartsheet, as it allows our team to more efficiently assess and complete tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Grants Writer, we handle a multitude of outstanding tasks, including reports, applications and contractual obligations to private and public funders, While some of these tasks are due quarterly, bi-annually or annually, many of these tasks often come suddenly, demanding that our team relentlessly keep track of all necessary items to complete. Smartsheet is the best tool to accomplish this, as it allows us to input all tasks and have them automatically "pop up" as we get closer to the tasks' completion date. Most importantly, Smartsheet organizes our private and public funders, allowing byzantine processes to become simplified as we are able to access all tasks in one easy to use platform.

I like how customizable everything can be, as well as being able to work with multiple people at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's the easiest to use at times, making processes slower.

Before Smartsheet, keeping track of everything was a mess. What I love is how it brings all our projects under one roof in a way that just makes sense. It's as comfortable as a spreadsheet, but the way you can customize it and work together is what makes it indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating part about Smartsheet is that it looks like a spreadsheet but is missing one of the best features—tabs! You're stuck with just one sheet, which gets really limiting when you're trying to manage different parts of a complex project. We ended up having to find something else.

Scattered Information: Smartsheet acts as a centralized hub ("one place"), bringing all project information and tasks together. This creates a single source of truth, reducing chaos and saving the time you'd spend hunting for information.
