Good project management tools
What do you like best about the product?
You can produce the dashboard and its interface making it accessible to users of all technical levels, coupled with powerful collaboration, task management, and workflow automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feel limited by traditional options like Excel and Google Sheets. You cannot merge the cells if required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams can work together in real-time, share information, and collaborate effectively without needing technical expertise. It can act as an information-shared platform.
It's been very effective in my work as a project manager. So much convenience for sure

1- The availability of a variety of templates.
2- The possibility of automating tasks that are usually repetitive.
3- The visualization of information at first glance on the dashboards.
4- The idea of a simple and lightweight interface in its handling.

What do you dislike about the product?
1- The learning curve can be complex for people who are not familiar with spreadsheets.
2- Due to its spreadsheet structure, it is somewhat difficult to add titles or project codes that differ from one another comfortably.
3- On certain occasions, the entry of new projects in a row ends up incorrectly affecting the entry of others, leaving empty rows in between one entry and another.
4- The platform's interface on mobile devices leaves a feeling of disorder among the rows and columns of the projects.

Incredibly usefull
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been one of the most useful tools for teamwork. Its biggest advantage is that it’s fully online, so anyone can access it anytime, from anywhere. What I especially appreciate is that every change is visible instantly in real time, which means the whole team always works with the most up-to-date information. This saves a lot of time and makes projects far more transparent and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve noticed is that it can feel a bit complex at first, and it takes some time to get used to all the features. Still, once you get familiar with it, it becomes a very powerful and efficient solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps solve the challenge of keeping projects and tasks organized across different team members and departments. Instead of relying on endless email threads or static spreadsheets, everything is centralized in one place, updated in real time, and visible to everyone.
SmartSheet is solid
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity with its interface. As long as the correct template is built with the proper functionality, its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to track pending tickets. Maybe that's an access thing depending on your user level. Also, having both English and French language on the same ticket is cumbersome. I appreciate it being offered in other languages, but it should be a choice/preference setting for the user to make, not be included all on one page with both languages at the same time. Clutters up the sheet and makes it hard to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it primarily for accounting functions. New account requests, maintenance, tax exemption, charge term/credit applications, etc. I submit the SmartSheet, our accounting team handles it, and replies with what I need. Its a pretty straightforward process.

What I dislike about Smartsheet is that some advanced features can feel overwhelming at first and may require extra time to learn.

Smartsheet is helping me streamline project tracking, organize tasks, and improve team collaboration, which saves time, reduces miscommunication, and keeps projects on schedule
Great Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Smartsheet is the ability share project plans with other individuals. It is easy for new users learn how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have had is associated with the Mutiple licenses and some team members losing functionality at annual renewal time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to plan manufacturing activities within a facility with limited capacity, to ensure that maximum utilization occurs.
Smartsheet is a great place to keep our information in one spot!

Being able to have information in one place and sharing that with coworkers.

I don't dislike anything, I personally have not had the time to try or see what smart sheets full potential is.

I am able to make a schedule for our technicians and keep track of our work.
Smartsheet is a little outdated. Requires a lot of set up to make it work for multiple teams
What do you like best about the product?
Great project management tool for a small team using the same template. You can create project sheets and assign tasks that show up in each individual team members to do list. If you stick to the same template and keep things the same in each project, it will work great. Also you can build some impressive dashboards to demonstrate project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
If one person strays from the agreed upon template when setting up a project in Smartsheet, that project will not show up in your to do list. this holds true even if you are an assigned person on the tasks in the project. I find this incredibly frustrating because I try to rely on my "tasks" sheet to stay on track and manage deadlines.

Allowing my team of six people collaborate and project manager together in one easy to access place.

Every team member, executive, and stakeholder can see the exact same, up-to-date information in a view that makes sense for them (Grid, Gantt, Card, Calendar). This eliminates endless status meetings, version control issues, and siloed information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its formula language is powerful but unique and complex. For users deeply familiar with Excel formulas, the differences can be frustrating and require re-learning.
Real-time co-editing exists but can sometimes lead to confusion or conflicts if users are not careful, unlike the seamless experience in Google Sheets.

Everyone sees the same real-time data, reducing confusion and aligning teams and stakeholders and Automation cuts manual admin work. A centralized system reduces time spent searching for information.
The ultimate benefit is a major boost in efficiency, accountability, and the ability to make faster, more informed decisions based on live data, keeping complex projects and workflows on track.
