Great for part requests
What do you like best about the product?
We use card view for our setup. It works awesome for the techs to be able to add in parts, and quantities, along with adding pictures in also. We use it for approvals, and estimates, and lead times on parts. Keeps everything visible to service advisors, and parts team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to see history of movement in card view. You can switch to grid, and allows you to view it that way. Just a little annoying, but workable

Smartsheet is a powerful work management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable on our projects and a strong support for our teams on enterprise-level projects, it helps in excellent data collection and reporting via forms and dashboards, in case of issues they have a reliable customer support and onboarding resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steeper learning curve for our agents unfamiliar with spreadsheet-style tools, some limitations are there in file previewing and sorting automation, most importantly pricing can be a concern for smaller teams with tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to build reusable checklists and timelines for my tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Smartsheet lets me create industry-specific demo flows and track which ones resonate most with clients. I also use forms and automated workflows to guide clients through setup steps like integration to our platform. I also di log edits, compare results, and even share workflows with collaborators. Its automation and reporting help me identify bottlenecks and improve turnaround time for support or demo delivery.
Smartsheet is good...but not great
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way for me to stay organized with my own projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult for collaboration beyond just one person. The UI - which is a default spreadsheet, is not as intuitive as something like Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me on task with the amount of concurrent projects I have. Smartsheet makes it easy to see when things are due and how they overlap with other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to attach documents to the sheet--this is very helpful for event logs and similar use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying marketing emails from Smartsheet about features I have no use for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to maintain event logs such as when security audits are done, when we get DLP alerts, or when we have security issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a solid tool for managing projects and tracking tasks. It’s flexible like a spreadsheet but adds helpful features like automation, reminders, and collaboration. It takes a little time to get used to, but once set up it makes team coordination and project tracking much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app / UI is a bit clunky compared to the desktop version like navigating, quick edits., feel less polished on smaller screens.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can build alerts, add and remove users easily. I do enjoy having the option to customize dashboard views
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is a limit on how many cells you have and limitations on sheets.

Smartsheets is allowing a central location to find necessary information. It is allowing flexibility to not have to check every detail every day as the customized alerts and customizable features allow this flexibility.
Smartsheet has been a very powerful organizational tool for our teams.

I like that the web-based platform updates in real time when multiple users are in the same sheet. This tool has been very effective at allowing our project teams a way to keep everything very organized. Being able to put hyperlinks, sort by date, and search makes it really easy to jump into a past project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues in the past getting sheets set up initially, but it was more of a learning curve thing on my end rather than a weakness in the software. Once I learned what I needed to do to accomplish what I was trying to do, I haven't had any other issues.

Smartsheet allows our entire team to have a single place where all projects are organized. It also allows us to be transparent with customers, being able to show them in real time where their specific projects stand.

Advanced features can feel complex, and large sheets may slow performance. The downsides are a learning curve for new users and higher cost compared to simpler tools.

Perfect planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use, and we appreciate that you can add a lot of variables into the sheets. We use this to plan all our services for end customers, so that others can keep track of the technicians’ whereabouts. We us it on a day to day basis.

nothing so far really, we have been using it for 2-3 years now and it has all the features we need.

its solving our day to day planning with jobs for the technicians in the field.
