Easy to Use, Flexible Sheets for Any Task
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and all the different way you can use the sheet to work for different tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
having a limit on how many people can use the sheet before charging more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organising our tasks we receive from our clients, helps keep a record of the tasks and who is actioning the requests. Also the Smartsheet is helping us the automation of some tasks within our business.
Easy Sharing and Clean, Dynamic Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy to share amongst people. Its also great for clean dynamic reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be quite clunky to use at times which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically working with a wide range of people and purposes, and being able to easily bring that data into reports.
Confusing Spreadsheet Experience With a Useless Search Function
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is not as steep as for other comparable software, if you know how to use Excel you are pretty much there. Can't comment on integration because I don't think we have integrated it with anything. or pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a spreadsheet. I'd rather have a smarter closed-end tool than have to work with thousands of different sheets. It's very confusing. The search function is useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a bid tracker and to an extent a CRM. But it's all a very manual process.

Smartsheet updates in real time, which is really helpful for our exams.

I think it could be easier to switch between different sheets. I am unsure of how secure it is

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for me is the history of a particular cell, shown in a clear format. Also, Smartsheet is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot link it with Excel, and it is not possible to use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage a large amount of data smoothly, and it’s easy to retrieve when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily enter data in sheets, and creating new sheets is easy as well.

The data doesn’t update unless I save and then refresh the link or the tab.

I can use it; it’s as simple as Excel, but better.

What I dislike about Smartsheet is that it can feel a bit overwhelming and not always as intuitive as it could be, especially when working with more advanced features or complex workflows. There’s definitely a learning curve in some areas.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be edited together and there are modification records. It can attach files.

It is not convenient to use parameterization and functionalization.
