Time-Saving Email Automations That Deliver
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email automations that save me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be improved. It's less user-friendly than Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our district is not using it to the fullest extent, so I feel like it could be used to solve more of our problems. It's mostly used as a collaborative tool among staff.

Smartsheet has been a key enabler in strengthening our Food Safety and Quality program over the past five years. The platform has significantly improved our document control, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration by centralizing data and enabling live tracking of compliance activities. Overall, Smartsheet has helped us move from reactive to proactive food safety management.

Limit in making graphs comparing to capabilities of Pivot charts

Automation system and formula capabilities and live dashboard is fantastic to follow our KPI status globally.

I dislike that sometimes it bugs off the web app, and I have to only use the desktop app

The syncing is easy and reliable, and I really like being able to have multiple users working on the same document.

Fast, User-Friendly Tool for Centralized Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for work, and one of the things I like is that it's a very fast tool. It solves the problem of having to look for many things from different sources by putting them into just one sheet, which also makes it like a checklist. I find it very user-friendly and easy to use. I like the fact that you can keep sheets offline. The setup was very easy, just by sharing the link, and everybody has access to it. Overall, it's easier to use, and we're using it as a platform for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for some reason, I had the sheets which were available offline, and then they just got removed from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is a very fast tool that solves the problem of consolidating many sources into one sheet, making it like a checklist.

Pre-define templates for various gantt charts and dashboards.

Resource management functionality is poor compared to MS Project

Versatile Tool with Intuitive Interface and Effective Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simplistic yet powerful the user interface of Smartsheet is. It's user-friendly enough that when I first started using it, I could get it to do what I needed. As my skills have developed, I've begun to explore more of Smartsheet's capabilities, enhancing the sheets I've made previously. It's easy to work with as a beginner, and it's really helpful in providing suggestions on how to improve the sheets to get them to do what I intend. The forms capability is great for collecting information from test requests without the need for emails, and they allow effective communication across departments. The notification capabilities are excellent, ensuring I am notified of tasks and deadlines, even if I don't remember to check the sheet itself. It helps keep everything in an integrated system and keeps me both on track and on time with their notification abilities. I also appreciate how it helps communicate timelines with various team members. Smartsheet was very easy for me to learn and has now become my preferred method of scheduling and task tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be nice if there was a little more freedom in file organization such as moving sheets to different folders. I am not quite sure what the best way to improve it would be, but it would be nice to have the capability to store shared sheets in differing folders than what they are shared in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to keep track of my testing schedule, equipment calibration, and project outlines. It keeps everything integrated, helps me stay on track with notifications, and allows for effective communication and task tracking.
Smartsheet Replaced Our Spreadsheets with Fast, Easy Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to use lots of excel spreadsheets, they are easy to update, filter and very quick to use
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have had laptop issues it's sometimes difficult for me to log back in to a smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track all the spend for the whole marketing team, and they have different budget codes for each segment. Previously we used excel spreadsheets but now It's really good that we have a Smartsheet for the marketing teams to complete will full info and then it pulls through to a sheet where I can action the items. Then the spend feeds through to the individual budget sheets.
