What do you like best about the product?

Can easily have my whole team look at it. Also can automate email notifications based on target dates.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not as intuitive to use as, say, MS Excel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using as a common repository for tracking status of critical purchase orders.

What do you like best about the product?

I love smartsheet. Automations are easy to make. Users ramp up fast. Customers love using it to check on the project statuses. Email notifications setup is easy. Integrates well with powerquery and power bi.
Never bugs.

What do you dislike about the product?

Losing the option to undo (ctrl z) once you saved a sheet. With the autosave, it sometimes lead to pricy mistakes.

Also, formulas system could be improved. Sometimes, it is kinda hard to understand the issues with a formula.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

sharing project plans safely across organizations
easy handling of permissions for access of the files
building dashboards and easy management for operations

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Smartsheet is easy to use based off of basic Excel knowledge, making it similar to Excel.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the formulas aren't as intuitive as you would think based off of Excel knowledge. So you expect the spreadsheet to operate like Excel, but it doesn't always.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet allows us to work together and collaborate on a similar document.

What do you like best about the product?

I think what's good about Smartsheet is that it stores everything in one place, making it easy for us to go back and check things. We use Smartsheet to calculate our service level agreement (SLA), which helps a lot, as it gives us a report that we can present to the management. This feature is very helpful for us, especially in the legal team where we take care of 3 regions i.e. Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Smartsheet makes it accessible for business consultants to reach out to us from these different countries.

What do you dislike about the product?

Alright. For this one, Smartsheet always crashes. So there were times where Smartsheet will crash, and we will not be able to edit our data and edit our SLA because we're just kicked out of Smartsheet. That's one. And then Smartsheet sometimes crashes in the sense where our business consultants cannot access to submit a ticket in Smartsheet. So it's more of a two way. We get kicked out of Smartsheet. As Smartsheet crashes, so our business people are not able to submit a ticket for us to review. So that's happened a few, and actually, that's happened several times. That's part of a challenge that we face with Smartsheet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Smartsheet to keep track of contract reviews and executive board approvals. It stores everything in one place, making it easy to check back. I also use it to calculate our SLA and generate helpful reports for management.

What do you like best about the product?

Central location for the whole team to access and update.

Smartsheet is slow uploading documents online.

It is a good place for the team to see all relevant information live!

I like how detailed it is. I also like how I’m able to navigate everything easily.

It takes a long time for my work to save.

It helps us maintain a clearer, more dedicated way to handle and resolve requests from other employees across our company.

The shared features that let me collaborate with colleagues are the best part. Additionally, the ability to extract copies of the file so I can work offline is also very helpful.

Duplicating a Smartsheet so I can reuse it for another client isn’t as straightforward as it could be.

It organizes all projects in one sheet, and can be used by external stakeholders to add project requests to our teams Smartsheet so we can review and prioritize.

It seems that the dates I previously enter for some projects seem to adjust or update on their own. But that may be user error.

It centralizes all our team projects and project requests in one central spreadsheet and we can easily see deadlines and help determine team resourcing.

The learning curve for advanced features can be steep, and large sheets can sometimes become difficult to navigate and manage efficiently.
