Good Organization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet makes it easy to keep sheets for a certain project all in one place. This is easy for myself and my clients to both access the most updated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Smartsheet had the option to format with bullet points

Organization - helping keep me and the clients on the same page
Making Dashboards is Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I found Smartsheet to be an asset for project planning and making project plan dashboards. The ability to do summary formulas is one of the features that makes dashboards easy to implement. The help is actually helpful and details how to use the software. Importing and exporting from Smartsheet is also vry easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the formulas within Smartsheet would mimic Excel closer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet enables our team to standup Project Dashboards in record time. They looked very professional and upper management found the information useful. Collaboration on the project plan itself was also very simple.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Samrtsheet is very user friendly and easily allows sharing amongst collegues. I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsidesas of yet.

Much easier to use for me than Excel.
Smartsheet is better than Dropbox

It's easier to use than dropbox to share information and consolidate data

Hard to copy & paste and clear fields enmasse

Powerful and flexible tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to track all of our tickets in every department for a single source of information. It is very customizable and could fit almost any use case if you get creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The governance and setting permissions isn't the best. They model it in a way where you need to purchase very expensive add-on products just for a simple feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our business to have a live view of data for our projects and tickets. Single source of truth has always been a goal for us and smartsheet helps us do that. Automated workflows is also a big benefit.
Smartsheet is very flexible and easy to use.

It can be created to be very simple or complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot copy something from a document outside of Smartsheet and paste it to a cell.

It helps by providing access to project plans to clients rather than having to email, allows for transparency of status of items, etc.

Ability to easily share plans with my team. Ability to quickly generate forms

It is the tool that we use for project management and task management
Advanced and Mid level Project setup requires significant time

Smartsheet is a great project management tool. One of its key strengths is the ability to break down tasks into the smallest pieces, allowing for detailed tracking and management. The tool is highly customizable, enabling users to tailor it to their specific needs. Smartsheet also supports powerful analytics and reporting tools, providing valuable insights into project progress and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to adopt it and learn how to use it to its best potential. In addition, pages do not always update in real-time, potentially causing delays in collaboration

Breaking down tasks to the smallest piece and providing decent dashboard on a progress.

The ability to set a "baseline" makes it very easy to compare your current status to the original plan.
Also the sistem is easy wuse and very flexible and friendly.

The design is not very up to date and a bit heavy so i only use ut for internal use and for sharing wil clients i have to re design
