Pleasantly surprised
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of things about Smartsheet but what i like best is the ability to create reports and dashboards to summarize data in graphs and tables. This is ideal for customer meetings and overview meetings when you need to quickly look at data not in a detailed way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often login issues to enter Smartsheet.
Refreshing a page sometimes takes too long.
I cannot zoom in one page and keeping the other page the same size.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all our data in one spreadsheet and allowing us to create individual reports and dashboards to visualize only specific data. This is super helpful when you have a big project that is broken down in several phases.
Google Sheets but with way better Automation and Collaboration tools
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow automation is incredibly powerful, and can really create super useful sheets

It would be nice to have some things like automatic sorting without having to use an API

Smartsheet creates very useful dashboards to display information across our company, as well as create automatic reminders for tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates are great and very easy to customise - great for a starting base when you are unsure what you need. Very easy to use and intuitive. Customer support are on hand to explain and problem solve with you - I have used the support tool once and had a 30 minute teams call to resolve my queery
What do you dislike about the product?
SmartSheet do not always update their product with recommendations on the SmartSheet user forum despite multiple requests to do so - this could enhance the user experience but the opportunity is missed

Nothing as specific. It can add options to create board.

Ghannt charts really help with mapping out large projects with highlighting resourcing pinch points.

Sometimes some of the templates can be a little restrictive.

The Smartsheet is great for approval across countries. It allows us to categorize the documents and the reviewer can add comments

Sometimes I can't get the comments reply from the Smartsheet that would affect the communcation progress

I like the automation where i can setup automated workflows to send alerts, update status, or assign tasks without manual intervention.

1. The mobile app is not as smooth as the desktop version for complex tasks.

We use Smartsheet to track tasks and consolidate all project-related information in one place. It helps ensure accountability by sending reminders to those responsible and makes it easy to review all collected data on a single platform.
Intuitive, low learning curve, does the job, low maintenance, cost effective, no IT resource req'd

Security admin tasks can be a little onerous - when people move roles, leave the company, or when the approver is Out of Office. Our Security has been set up per Object.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic for creating forms, Gantt charts to help timeline and action plan, shared space for other. Able to control ownership and creates folder easily. Acts as excel spreadsheet and user friendly Many features and always updating and supporting user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting files. Maybe I am not a pro but sometimes searching for a specific ones could be a trip to the jungle.

One stop for all my work management and documentation. Including options to create form and survey.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been utilizing smartsheet for the past year! I work at an engineering firm (civil, struc, and whitewater), I use the program in order to track long term leads, and this has been a great tool for me to use as I navigate conversations with my supervisors and those within the industry.
