What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can attach documents to rows

It is not yet intuitive to me, but I am going to sign up for training. I'm a total beginner

it is helping a group of us manage a HUGE grant with many moving parts

Is not allowed to open in a desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use is to report issues in data analysis and track the follow up and feedback from all the parties involved until resolution of each tracker.
Organizer's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can create multiple dashboards to organize different sheets. I currently have monthly sheets on one scheduling dashboard. We also use it to organize our Interview season for another employee, our supervisor can create monthly checklists for our team of each task that is assigned to us. I love that I can favorite specific sheets and easily get to them and the search function is handy for those that aren't on my favorites list. I also like that I get notifications of changes to shared sheets and what was changed. I use Smartsheet daily and it was incredibly easy to create my own dashboard for my tasks and implement it in to my routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user functions are a bit more difficult to master such as workflow and the check boxes do not allow us to check all in the Done column for a specific section. I wish there was also a clear all on the comments section instead of having to delete all of the comments for a month or yearly sheet when we do a yearly reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our team on the same page with who is completing what tasks and helping everyone meet deadlines for important events and projects with the Due date reminders.
Very good program with a few minor setbacks
What do you like best about the product?
SmartSheet makes collaborating very easy when there are multiple players involved. Having access to real-time updates in one environment, and being able to attach files, makes project management significantly more convenient. It was easy to get users started and have SmartSheet integrate into our process. Reminders are an excellent feature for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SmartSheet documents themselves act strangely sometimes, with small quirks that typical Excel users may struggle with. The program also runs slowly at points, which detracts from the one-environment setup and makes the process more frustrating for frequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our nonprofit has multiple complicated grants. SmartSheet gives us one central location to monitor project and report progress for all grants, regardless of size, and lets Senior Leadership have a 30,000-foot -- or 30-foot -- view of everything when they need to see it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Smartsheet it's a one-stop communication system for our staff. We can process all the patient communication in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like everything about it and customer service is excellent.

It helps us with the intake process for all patient admission.
Smartsheet is Great for Inegration
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Smartsheet is the ease of adding attachments to rows. I also think the control over who can access, edit, and share each sheet makes it easy to allow some information with pertinent employees but not all. This helps keeps things confidential as well as prevents employees from being overwhelmed with too many sheets they may never need to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Smartsheet is when an employee DOES need access, it has to be granted through an administrator, which is sometimes difficult to get quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is excellent for qick calculations, organizing information, and keeping all relevant files and attachments in the same please for easy finding and using.
Product decent, customer service non-existant
What do you like best about the product?
Program was decent to share timing with a large group
What do you dislike about the product?
No advanced notice of subscription renewal date. Customer service has not responded and I am stuck with another years subscription of over $100 which I no longer need.

Smartsheet is an excellent tool to manage your projects and ressources.
With automated dashboards, you'll save a lot of time in sharing statuses or making decisions.
Also, you don't need to be an IT-skilled user to configure your own environement.

User management could be improved but let's be honnest, it's a detail compared to all benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet help me with automated dashboard on projects.
As a consequence, I don't have to prepare reports anymore when I need to talk with stakeholders or management in regular meeeting

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can change to various views (Gantchart, cards, list,...) easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it is a dislike but something that is missing or could be improved, is to be able to link different sheets. One could have a master sheet with various projects, and within a line, it would be nice to be able to call and link lines of another sheet.

it collates many things in one place. that's great!
