great product but would like there to be customized training options, like 5hrs for xx price.

upside to smartsheet is it's similar to excel and lots of options

What do you like best about the product?
I love using smartsheet for tracking and trending data analytics. The in built formulas make it easy to trend data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike: Sometimes some of the formulas are hard to build in. Also it will be good to add graphs for the smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and trending, Data management and planning.
The BEST solution for student tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use, intuitive and entirely customizable. A lot of other platforms clain they can capture the data, but they over promise and underdeliver. That is not the case with Samrtsheet. I really like how I can create my own workflows, and if needed link them with other depatments within my company. I was able to customize their templates for my own needs which made implementation a breeze. I use Smnartsheet all day, everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only criticism I have of Smartsheet is that it is difficult to have more than 1 window of Smartsheet open, the refresh when linking sheets, etc with multiple windows open is not the best.
Also, this is not Smartsheet, but me, I wish I had the time to learn how to do more in Smartsheet. I feel like I am only using the basic features & if I had enough time to learn the software more completely, I could do so much more. The company has reached out to schedule personalized time to help me with my project, I just am too busy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet enables me to track 500+ students across their university program, make notes on student files, track the hours of tutoring & academic coaching they use, etc. I am able to then report out this data quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is really good on collaboration, some examples are workapps, and editable reports.
Security is highly recommended because 1st we support on SS security and we can manage the access really easy.
We have hired a TAA which is always available for as and he has helped us to implement a lot features that improve our system.

SS has a limitation of 500 k cells which enforced the team to create many sheets and do some workaround to make the system works.

System capacity, this will help us to be more efficient.

Smartsheet has so many options available that it is hard to know if you are using the software to the fullest extent.

Makes work life easy! Better than Excel!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has a full community to help support you. No matter what challenge you have, you will be able to find the answer. I have cut down on a lot of manual tasks by using smartsheets! It is so easy use! We were using several spreadsheets to track records and now we have condense it down and transitioned all tracking into smartsheets. It was so easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheets does have limitations. We have found that moving records from one sheet to another helps us to not meet the character / row limits in smartsheets.

I am not aware of any problems we have submitted so I am unsure how to answer this question.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes collaborating with numerous contacts and parties a breeze. They can find answers to their questions in a centralized spot and save everyone time

Sometimes the sheets are not as easy to format as i would like.

Smartsheet can automatically send project reports and contain centralized email that numerous users can acccess

What do you like best about the product?
I love the at-a-glance window functionality which we have set up specifically for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently working to simplify the intake forms our clients need to choose when adding a job to our database which will make the functionality even easier for us which we're looking forward to doing over the next several months.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to collect data, review it and export it as I like with their very useful smartsheets. I can create and distribute tests and questionnaires quickly and easily. Excellent to explore and save time managing tasks knowing your people better.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it to be very user friendly and enjoy the various uses we have found for it. Easy to track our maintenance projects and enjoy the instant sharing and various other features it has to offer.

The fact that it is a live document and can be edited by various members of our staff. Thus reducing the amount of Zoom or conference meetings we typically had in the past.
