The best thing in the Smartsheet is Dashboard which helps you to Share information in efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped us keep all of out meetings on track, and everyone from each department was able to contribute and we could update it each week with updates. It made our meeting direct and to the point.

Once you start working with the sheet its not too easy to navigate, from the start it can be a little difficult to know where to click. With a little training, its smooth sailing

The ability to collect data once and interlink it between multiple other files and display methods such as reports, summaries, graphs, and dashboards.

It in inherently for more technically minded individuals or those with excel experience. Not as user friendly and can become a mass of files fairly quickly without a managing workspace organizing admin.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the sheets and the fact that you have the tools to build more complex sheets. I appreciate the customer support and all the help pages.

I wish we could have multiple sheets within one sheet, like how excel does it.

While Smartsheet is a great tool for tracking and collaboration, it does have some drawbacks. Not all of my coworkers use it, which can create challenges when sharing information or maintaining consistency across teams. Additionally, while Smartsheet offers some Excel-like functionality, it doesn’t fully replace Excel—many formulas work differently, and some advanced functions aren’t supported. This can be frustrating when trying to perform complex calculations or integrate seamlessly with existing spreadsheets.
