Smartsheet Keeps Us All Sane and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's user friendly and that depending on your skill level you can customize more and more. You can start by making automations, etc. but you can also learn how to write functions in the cells as well and start doing some really useful things if you know how.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely but still sometimes I have had issues with automations not triggering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations save us all time on inputting information again and reduce errors. We use it for managing at what step our clients are at as well as our weekly meetings and quarterly reviews, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Large amount of information and data that can be viewed live and shared with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to effectively scroll down and across the smartsheet easily.

Ease of live information sharing and storage.
we use smart sheet to track data for our mental health business for utilization reports & trends.
What do you like best about the product?
creating and managing forms is very easy; I like the simplicity of the reports and how they can look very clean and easy to understand. Some errors are easy to fix on the backend such as if a staff submits a form with the wrong info.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our reports don't align with our EHR, it is very difficult to figure out where the problem is. Adjusting or fixing formulas seems hard than other fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a helpful tool to provide reports for utilization rates, patterns/trends in our services as well as tracking tasks.
Great tool for any type of company
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great tool to use when working in multi-department teams. Smartsheet allows my team and me to have a high-level view of the features coming on every release. The status of each release, the team in charge, when it will be delivered, and each Product Manager. Smartsheet's multiple options to create filters or group by options facilitates access to information, and it provides the same information in different formats according to the team that is using the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does not provide too many options for customization of its UI. Sometimes, teams ask if changing colors or even some parts of the design is possible, but the app has no feature. When projects are too big, finding the right tool or even the options to filter can get a little confusing. From a pricing perspective, if you are not a big company, some features can be restrictive as they require more expensive plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has solved the challenge of gaining a comprehensive view of our product development process. Previously, it was difficult to track all features, their development stages, expected delivery timelines for EA channels, and the developers responsible for each one. Additionally, understanding how each feature aligned with our company’s strategic directives was a manual and fragmented process. Now, with Smartsheet, we have a centralized and dynamic view that provides real-time visibility into every aspect of development, ensuring better coordination, accountability, and alignment with business goals. This has significantly improved our decision-making and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I do with that time could be a column type no different than date from a data validation standpoint. Being able to expand the row limit would be nice as well. Understanding this has improved to 20k rows over the last couple of years.

Smartsheet serves multiple solutions for us across the entire organization. It also incorporates wonderfully into our analytics solution.

I think the company was recently sold and we've had a terrible experience ever since

The application itself works well and we haven't had any issues with the actual application

- No way to bulk transfer files, it's either you transfer all files or one at a time
- We've been trying to do our renewal for over 3 months and the support team has been very lack luster and ever after 30+ emails and multiple calls we're still not renewed.
