Great way to organize professional orders and requests
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the feature that highlights cells that were changed in the last 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excel has more features and formulas you can use.

Smartsheets is a great platform overall and is useful for many use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the dashboard functionality very useful. It makes for presenting data to other stakeholders very easy and digestible. I also like the ability to set notifications to alert team members to do a certain task--especially when you are working with cross-functional teams. I have some Smartsheets that I use daily, and some that I use less frequently. The few times that I have needed customer support, the Smartsheets team has been super responsive and helpful. They helped train our company when we onboarded the platform, which made the integration & implementation super seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have had issues connecting out proprietary data sources to Smartsheet via API, but they we've always been able to come up with workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage our clients' investment portfolio data.

What do you like best about the product?
The Card View, which helps when dealing with lots of different projects at different stages each. It' s very easy to switch from one project to the other, while keeping an eye on all of them at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the fact that as a collaborator, but not an owner of the smartsheet, I cannot make major changes, which then can cause delays in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often multiple people in my team work simultaneously on the same project. Smartsheet is very helpful when it comes to tracking everyone's progress and noticing any gaps or issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Photos need to be converted to proofs in order to view them all at once (side by side).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building Schedules, estimates, budgets, etc. This is great because everything is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use and intuitive. It allows me to create and manage project schedules as a paid user, but I can share with unlimited number of viewers from other companies who are active on my projects. They do not need to be paid users; they can just start a free account. This allows for great collaboration. Everyone I share my schedules with gives me feedback on how easy the program is to use.
I can also monitor resource usage and availability across multiple projects. Using Smartsheet I can monitor fellow engineers' commitments on various projects to see when they have availability for new tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just like Excel, I only use a fraction of the program's capabilities. Some are easy to use, some require a bit of research to learn... such as developing complex formulas in cells. But it does have all the capabilities I need and then some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost daily user of Smartsheet managing project tasks and schedules. It brings the entire team of OEMs, Contractors, Engineers, and Customer's Team Members together.
User Friendly & Team integrative
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet make it easy to collaborate with users from other organizations/companies. I also like how the admin features are easy to use and change access for different team members. The notifications feature has been helpful to keep team members on task during bus schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling functions can be complex and hard to navigate. Organizing different sheets, plans, etc can be somewhat difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tight and organized meeting agendas, with simple task management and team collaboration.
Extremely helpful for team oriented projects
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside about use SS is that it is team focused. Multiple team members can be in the same sheet at once and view each others changes. I especially like the cell history column, that way if someone made a mistake it can easily be corrected for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about SS is that sometimes cells are not saved if multiple people are editing at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS solves a big problem with our timeline for projects. We can keep track of when boxes need to be clicked and when something needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable and intuitive Smartsheet has been. I've been utilizing it for the past 5 years, and I can honestly say it's been such a great tool to keep project timelines organized and helping streamline automation between departments. There are so many ways you can utilize this tool, regardless if you're in project management or not. Everyone is their own project manager in some way, right? But the fact is, you can gear your sheets towards the department you are in. Whether that's sales, operations, procurement, engineering, etc. I am a huge advocate for Smartsheet, and will always be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside is that BECAUSE it's so customizable, it takes a time to set everything up to get where you want to be. BUT once you're there, you can always make little tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifying other team members when things are completed, when tasks need to get done, and status updates on where a project is at.

I'd love to see more video tutorials regarding bridge for visual learners.
