What do you like best about the product?
Good at keeping notes and sharing informations
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow and clunky. Crashes all the time randomly

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes communicaitng project process easy between coworkers .
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the Gant Chart. I also do not like the way you set dates for projects, and always jumps to the wrong day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability and communication problems are solved by using smart sheet. Now employees cannot say they didnt hear about a project and everyone is clear on deadlines.

Smartsheet keeps me organized!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to assign due dates and reminder emails to keep me on track at work. With the amount that I'm juggling sometimes it's hard to keep track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be more integral with Outlook. Maybe it has this feature and I don't know about it. Instead of receiving emails of when something is due, it would be nice to be able to already have that integrated in my calendar instead of looking in two different places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me keep my to dos in the office straight. Without Smartsheet I would be terrible at tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The on-line shared nature of the smartsheet with active updates by all users accessing the sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
consumption license model requires all organization users to be licensed.

Constant Customer Contact during Project delivery process.
Task lists for project delivery process.
Automated collection of data from connections to other systems into the project program documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, organization tools, sorting orders and quotes and integrating data between multiple resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as customizable as hoped, limited in capabilities for our company

Organizing and tracking our quotes and orders from all of our many customers and agencies all in one place.

Smartsheet is not designed for large datasets

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and straightforward. It allows users to approach the vital piece of project tracking with ease and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is incredibly limited in its ability to handle large datasets and nearly impossible to utilize for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to use a cloud-based software shared with clients in order to communicate progress

What do you like best about the product?
Since my use case is a little different from regular project management - for the me the good part is automations/work flows - another good part is forms, attachments and comments
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms features are limited - i understand that SS was not built as a dedicated forms software - but the can expand to give more features like other SW - Jotform, Typeform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved day to day process tracking for some of our processed to smartsheet - benefit I personally find is ease of use to reference data from other sheets, automation of metrics and dashboards

Great for Tracking KPIs

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way that Smartsheet helps improve collaboration and cross-team execution. I mostly use it to monitor performance across departments, build action plants, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say the UX feels a bit outdated, but overall is fairly easy to navigate. The collapsed bar on the left side of the screen being icons only without any titles for the icons except when you hover over them isn't ideal when you're first starting out, but you can familiarize yourself with each button's purpose fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy for multiple cross-department stakeholders to work collectively across numerous office locations. I appreciate the real time updating of the system, as well as the way you can quickly start a new process. This helps our leaders easily monitor performance & align on strategic direction.

it is hard to delete several lines together. has to delete one by one. take more time to delete lines. no instructions to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use. I like that I can automate workflows, create dashboards and reports, link cells between sheets, set up conditional formatting and create forms. I actually use conditional formatting a lot to ensure my coworkers are inputting the correct information, in the correct format, if it's not correct it's highlighted automatically. I also use automation a lot. I set up workflows that copy rows to another sheet based on certain triggers, this way I can produce reports that only include what I want and they are kept up to date automatically. I like that I can easily export my sheets if needed.

They have great learning resources. I have used their Knowledge base, community and even their Smartsheet University. These really come in handy when using formulas, I've been able to find answers to most questions very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions, when I need to do a lot of data manipulation, that it's just easier to export the data and do what I need to do. It can be a pain but exporting and importing files is easy and quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing, updating and reporting on data saves time.
